i rate based on color, theme, and over all rarity of items.
the color matches, but personally doesnt look like much effort was put into it. -my opinion-i dont just give high rates for the hell of it. i mean i dont go round sayin 'OMG its the best thing iv ever seen' if u dont like it then oh well.
