Well, I did say it was another one of my crappy lottos. But I didn't know exactly how to run this one so I came up with a one-shot prize.

The odds seem really bad, but I may try later...
@Flarya: A lotto is where a person sells "tickets" for a certain amount of gold and whan they sell all of the "tickets" do a random number and if you own the ticket with the number that comes up, you win the prize.
