Lessee. I've got the world map done, and the current country map mostly done (save for one thing, easy easy).
The first post, rules post, and story post are done. The world post still needs to be written, which is being held up by the making of the maps and a character sheet.
Invitations will be sent out concurrent to the thread's creation, but that will be held up by the profile pictures, which I am now on the third of.

If you get it done with tomorrow, could you reserve the spot of Sora for me? I have a practice tomorrow that I won't be getting home till... about 8 your time. Of course. I'm reserving Riku for Darcy, Kairi and Roxas for the girl that was Riku in that one.... I'm fairly sure Luna will be Namine... Darcy will most likely be Axel in this one as well... Celes has n idea what's being talked about so she'll just continue her conversation with Silver.
