As for tackling, I I've tackled males before... But that was football, or soccer for you non-US peeps. The padding is so not enough though, especially the helmet.

I'll admit, the padding does have a use though: The extra weight works one harder for practices and such. I lost 30 pounds in a month during pansy rugby camp.

I think you've got it confused. We may call what other countries call soccer, football, but that doesn't mean what we call football, is called soccer elsewhere.
