"Yes?" Akila called from inside. Obedient and quiet.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Hey." Aleera greeted her quietly, slipping into the room. "Sorry about last night. I had intended on going with you." She apologized to the girl. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"It's fine. You did Great," Akila sounded tired, and she wasn't paying attention to herself.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera frowned at the sound of the girl's voice. She didn't sound quite right. "Are you okay? Did you get hurt?" Now she felt worse than ever, having left Akila to get hurt by herself. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Uhm, yeah...but It should heal up quickly, if I rest a lot." Thank the gods for her special healing. She turned so Aleera could see her leg, unwrapping the cloth from around it.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera hissed in sympathy as she saw the wound. "Oh that has to hurt." She sighed, looking up at Akila. "I'm so sorry. I should have been there with you....." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"No no, then he might have come out to the cabin, or noticed our dissappearance." Akila said quickly, "I'm fine... It will heal."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Are you sure you're okay? I could get a healer to look at it if you want." Aleera offered. She felt it was the least she could do. After all, it was her fault Akila had even gone out to that cabin. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"A healer?" Akila bit her bottom lip, in thought, "That is probably best..."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Alright. I know a good one in the market square." Aleera said, rising to her feet. "Can you walk on it, if I help you? Clorogne's out like a light so I don't think we have to worry about him. Besides, I'll just bring back something for breakfast and say that's what our errand was." The tiger that should be....isn't....

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Here. Lean on me then." Aleera put an arm around Akila's waist, throwing one of the girl's arms over her own shoulders. She shifted slightly so she was closer in height to Akila. "Try that." She said, walking a few slow steps. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera led them out of the Inn and into the streets, heading to the market. Just on the outer edge of the market, she turned off to a small stand. "Grandmother, I brought you a new customer." She announced, ducking into the tent-like stall. An older woman sat mixing herbs and looked up at the sound of Aleera's voice. The woman smiled. "Ah, Aleera child. Come, come. Let Grandmother see. I will fix whatever is wrong." She gestured for the pair to sit on the cushions placed in front of her. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Akila sat where the woman gestured, silently, and respectfully. Was this woman really related to Aleera?
