Well... got the remnants of a lingering cough from the cold I got from my BF, *right* after the month o' hell of work (first day off? "sneeze" "cough, cough", "I'm freezing!" ), and now have a bit of time to breathe, though not much money; all in all, pretty darned good! ^_^
...And you? ^_^

Well, aside from the breakdown I almost had in class I'm fine. We're doing slam poetry and she told us to close our eyes and dig up our most powerful memory. I just so happened to be able to hear the sirens of fire engines at the time, so I'm sure you know how that went. I ecided to share my entry with the class..because no one else was and most of them had good/not so good but not terrible memories as theirs so I decided i'd show them that not everyone has a pleasant life.
However, I drew a picture of my character Alycia today. The guy is avery feminine guy...I don't know if you'll know who I'm talking about, but look up Ion from Tales of the Abyss on an image search. THat kid is male too, but I thought he was a girl at first. Alycia is just that feminine as well.

Sorry for the delay... I "knocked out" my computer with a static shock. Now googling Ion... ^_^
EDIT: Um, yep, he's pretty "fey" looking. ...Are those high-heeled slippers he's wearing? confused

Heya guys. Stir, when in doubt, go to the wiki: Clicky clicky!Quote: A stye (also spelled sty) or hordeolum is an inflammation of the sebaceous glands at the base of the eyelashes. They are harmless but can be very painful. They are generally caused by a Staphylococcus bacteria infection. They are particularly common in infants. ... Since a stye is technically a pimple, it can be popped. However, doing so is not recommended without technical experience. A stye can be secondary, caused by blepharitis. A blocked oil gland near the eye, a chalazion, is often mistaken for a stye.[1] Quote: Most styes will drain on their own though this may be accelerated with a hot or warm compress. Styes typically resolve within 1 week with treatment. [2] Medical professionals will sometimes puncture a particularly persistent or irritating stye with a needle, to accelerate its draining. Their spread or expansion can also be fought with the use of antibiotic ointment akin to Neosporin (e.g. Erythromycin Ophthalmic Ointment), a special version being available for styes, which can be applied in a ribbon along the lid, on either inside or out. Various folk remedies call for holding a metal or wooden spoon against the stye [3][4] or the rubbing of a gold ring on the stye[5].
