"That was supposed to come out as a compliment, I swear...." Adrian said face/palming when he realized his mistake. "I just want to spend time with you and have fun. Is that such a crime?" he said hugging her a little closer as he wrapped his arms around her. "I missed you, cut me some slack."

Adrian closed his eyes as he rested his chin on her head. "I missed this. I know I must sound like a broken record at this point, but it's true what they say; you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone. I wish you had some idea of where I'd find you, because four years was way too long. I don't want anything else to split us up again." he said starting to nuzzle her and wrapping his wings around her.
