Sakura-Kyoukan well lots of ways really if you help keep the guild running smoothy, notify me if you see a thread with no poll, if you see a flamer/troller and can subdue him thats definately extra points, i'm sure there are more but you get the idea. Here is my estimate on requrements to be a crew 1. have at least 500 posts in the guild (real ones not just spam) 2. Are promoting the guild with a signature (you dont have to use the banners i made i know they are quite large) 3. Can be assertive without becoming an a*****e 4. Can stand the power of being a crewmember without becoming a controll freak. ive got all of those.... domokun xd

ok i live up to all requirments cept the 500 post one.
i donno how many post i got in here.
but.
this is the main guild im in if not in my own.
i like this guild the most cause its a poll guild
but its not all cluttered up.
i donno ur the only other guild i really wanna be a mod in
so if u acept me i be active cept on sundays and saturdays.
+im kinda low on time this month cause my little bros come here for vacation.
also i have some questions that i ask u to answer via pm if u r willing.
#1. can mods be gift ninjaed?
#2. can a mod be a ninja?
#3. can the fg 4 pg be an affiliate of my guild?
(my guild has to little members to vote on a name)
#4. even tho ninjas are not suposed to talk about stuff u know.. wink
like how would that work if there was a ninja mod cause people would like know..
#5. and last do u think u could do like a thing where members are given mods as overlookers
and those mods like teach and test the recruits in the ways
u know like to become a mod u are given a mod to oversee you
and make sure they are good matireal and teach them.
i think that would be good.
anyways thats all i guess..
