”Yes, I’m the Prince of Valor, there are quite a few nobles that go to the academy so it’s only right that your class has a good amount of them. It’s a pleasure to meet you as well Ms. Maksimov, let’s work well together this year.” He nodded back at the female and then turned his attention to the class. He assumed that they were in the midst of either getting introductions started or doing them. The male looked around and walked toward an empty seat. Deciding to sit back and let the class continue without any interruptions, he listened to the first introduction. The first one to come up was a male named Xeih. Mikhail let out a hum as he began to describe the Enhancer raiment in his own words. The prince remembered when he had to do something similar when he had first started at the academy.

After Xeih’s spiel, Mikhail looked toward Philia as she rose from the desk she was sitting at and stated that she had to cut class a bit short. There wasn’t much anyone could do if their professor wasn’t feeling well, so she dismissed the class. The male gave a nodded toward Philia as she waved at the class and made her exit. ”I suppose I’ll take my leave as well, take care.” With that, he said a small goodbye to the students and exited the classroom.

Sitting and listening was all they seemed to do in this class. As the teacher and the student begin to converse, the loud mouth brat that had made a scene before made his entrance. Camilla rolled her eyes and moved her gaze from the boy back to the teacher. As the teacher and the other student continued, the prince of Valor walked in. Apparently, he was to be her assistant. For as long as she had been here, her interactions with the prince were minimal at best. Not that she wasn't complaining. She never got as close to him as she did to Kayl. Not to say she wouldn't befriend him if given the opportunity. But he always put her on edge. Never knowing how to act in front of him was annoying. She knew that she could at least be herself in front of Kayl and it won't get back to her family. Not so much with the prince. One misstep in front of the prince and she could end up being pulled out of the school and sent back home. That was something she definitely didn't want.

As the boy spoke of their raiment history and how to him it was the most boring, she would sigh. More lectures, and this time not even from the teacher. Looking towards Ms. Makismov she took notice that she didn't seem to be feeling well. And as if to confirm her suspicions, she decided to call class much earlier than normal. Next thing they knew she was gone. Camilla's eyes were slightly wider than normal. Quite surprised that she cut the class so early. Shrugging she grabbed her bag and book and walked past everyone else and left not a moment after the teacher departed. She would head back to her dorm and train alone before heading to bed.

*start new rp day*

Waking up Camilla sat in bed for a minute. Just looking around. The typical joy and happiness she felt missing from her normal routine. Getting out of bed she decided she'd dress a little pretty today to try and make herself feel better. Taking out a dark blue dress, she stepped into it and tied up the back as best she could. Putting on her underbust with ease she slid on some gloves that went with her dress. Putting on a pair of fishnet hose Camilla would then slide into a short pair of heels. Since they didn't really do much in her Knit class she didn't see the point in dressing for sparring or using her raiment. Brushing her hair, she left it down today; grabbing her bag she made for the door and left to class.

*enter class*

Camilla had taken her time walking to class. The normal pep in her step still missing. Camilla didn't think anything was wrong with herself, maybe she was still bummed about the other day? She didn't think it was that serious. Maybe she was just under the weather. Regardless, this class was easy. She'd just sit there until the obnoxious child would make a scene, then wait to see if the teacher was going to be up to handling it before either sending him off, lecturing him, or just leaving the class early herself. She could just sit pretty and wait to be dismissed. Arriving at the door of the class Camilla looked inside and to her surprise didn't see anyone. Opening the door, Camilla went ahead and entered anyway.

Once inside and the door closed behind her she sighed audibly. '' What is wrong with me today... '' She said in a low tone to herself. Setting her bag down in the seat she usually sat in she paced the class in silence wondering what to do. Normally she would practice stances and strikes. but in this dress that would be difficult. Lest she wants to give any passerby a show. Which normally wouldn't bother Camilla. But if that idiotic kid happened to catch her and see, Camilla wouldn't be able to live with herself. But standing around and not doing anything was killing her. Then an idea came to her. Camilla could just practice her strikes that only require her arms. '' Duh. '' Camilla said laughing to herself. Camilla would then go into a series of stances and began striking at the air with her fist. Using precise and subtle footwork to move and reposition herself around an imaginary opponent.

The previous night of studying did not yield any further results. Xeih wasn't surprised by this, but he would've liked to have gained any clue or further information on the subject he was researching. But such is life though, not all information is hand given in the books of one library. He checked out the Knitting the Knits book to read on his free time using the sign out sheet, hoping to learn about more spells that he could study with ambiguous qualities. When Xeih woke up this morning for school, there was a great soreness that carried itself all the way up and down his right arm. To his somewhat surprise, there was quite a bit of bruising throughout his arm. He knew he hurt himself in the process of casting Gadael, but didn't expect this amount of bruising. He was lucky to have only tried to cast it the one time; further practice will have to revolve around the components themselves. Xeih prefers to be able to connect the dots of spells components beforehand, it allows him explore the lengths of each component a bit more than trying to cast each component individually. Since he didn't want anyone to see his bruised arm, also was out of changes of his preferred outfit, he decided to wear something different today. It was a more fancy and well kept red coat and cape with black garments underneath. The harsh red wasn't a color he particularly liked; he enjoyed softer shades and tones. It wasn't as... pretty as the rest of Xeih's wardrobe, but a quick set of clothing to put together to cover his bruised arm nonetheless. It was one of two outfits he had that contained pants. The rest were skirts and dresses.

The book mentioned from the library in hand, Xeih made his way to his class. For a fourth night in a row, he managed to get out of bed at a decent time. The dark circles underneath his eyes were still apparent from the lack of sleep, but that will remain as a side effect of his sleeping condition. The light rain was quite peaceful, and was almost enough to coax Xeih into sleeping in. His determination to be a good representation of his mother's legacy was what was getting him out of bed each morning.

-Enter Xeih into Enhancer Classroom-

Peering around, the only person that he saw was one of his fellow students. Camilla Umbrawalker of Valor. He recalls her formal introduction in the training grounds on the first elective day. Her house was a family the Heifelnd's have yet to associate with; even if she was from one of the longer lasting generations of their neighboring country. If his family did associate with them before, then Xeih was never informed of it. It's quite possible his mother knows the family a little bit, since her position being a royal court mage has brought her to Valor on many occasions before. Camilla comes across as a confident gal, one with seemingly overwhelming physical prowess. She seemed to be occupied doing... whatever it was she was doing. She was dressed a bit too lady-like to be doing that, but there was no room for Xeih to judge; he constantly dresses more like a noble daughter than a noble son. She seemed to be combating an imaginary opponent. Hand to hand combat seemed to be her forte; something that Xeih knew he was probably never going to delve too deep into. His family has tried to teach him the ins and outs of how to fight, but his fragility has never agreed in that matter. Xeih knows how to "fight" in a sense, he simply just can't do it. He's quite the intelligent strategist, but actual fighting is not something he can do, not until he learns some proper battle magic.

The timid enhancer gave her a somewhat puzzled look, he was confused why she'd be practicing now of all times to be... punching the air. Xeih made his way to to the second row of seats in the front and placed his book down on the desk. He looked back at his fellow enhancer; Camilla was someone Xeih was, quite honestly, not interested in the slightest of becoming friends with. Her extroversion could be healthy for Xeih to work on his anti-social tendencies, but someone seemingly obsessed with fighting is not someone Xeih wants to be around for long periods of time. But she is one of his fellow Nobles, and being able to simply communicate is something he'll have to get used to. Also, a friend wouldn't be so bad. Xeih waved his hand gently and nervously in Camilla's direction, to get her attention.

"Good... Good morning, Camilla." A greeting, he managed to greet another person. This was a rare instance for him, but he was ready to no longer have that be as such. His tone was soft and gentle, and the pause between each good was surely something, and his nervous smile was just more proof that informal socialization wasn't a common activity for him. He was unsure of how to start up a conversation, so he simply left it at "Good morning".

Camilla had lost herself in the tempo of her practice. She hadn't seen or heard her classmate, Xeih, enter the room with her. Striking the liver, striking, the throat, striking the kidney, Camilla just kept snapping her fist at vital spots. Each time her fist was fully outstretched, an audible snapping sound could be heard as if the air was being hit where her fist was pointed. When she heard someone speak to her Camilla stopped immediately. Turning to where the voice came from she saw Xeih. He was waving at her and looked like he was trying his best to smile. But he still seemed uncomfortable. She understood. Not everyone was like she was, some people were quite antisocial. Xeih was one of them. But since he was making an attempt to talk to her. She would greet him back.

Smiling her normal bright smile to her classmate, she would raise her arm and wave at him back. '' Hey Xeih! I didn't hear you come in. Guess we're the first two here today huh? '' She asked making small talk. Though her actions felt forced, Camilla was doing her best to pretend like she was normal. It wasn't Xeih's fault, and she didn't want him to think she didn't want to talk to him. But she was in a weird mood today and she couldn't figure out why. So she would just do her best to fake it till she could go home. But maybe some human interaction will make her feel better? Wouldn't hurt to try. Looking from Xeih to a window she noticed that it had started raining. Camilla had a love-hate relationship with rain. She liked how soothing it was, but hated the memories associated with it. Maybe that was the reason for her weird mood. Looking back to Xeih, she noticed his outfit, like hers, was a bit more extravagant than what the class required. '' Feeling fancy today too Xeih? '' She asked smiling gently at the boy.

There was a rising feeling of insecurity that grew within Xeih. He knew full well that he initiated the interaction, but when any sort of focus is turned to him, he feels as if every thought and action he makes is being critically judged. Her bright welcome in response was quite a lot, but not as overbearing as Xeih expected her to be. He responded with a simple shrug to her first question. Xeih never enjoyed small talk, there were always other things on his mind. A little break from the noise in his head could prove at least relaxing for the time being. Before the timid enhancer decided to turn and start reading his book, Camilla spoke once more. It was on the subject on their outfits. They were, to say the least, a bit much. Especially for class. They both seemed like they were ready to go to a ball. That thought sent a shudder through Xeih's spine. He's educated in dancing, and could perform with another just fine; the only issue is that it is a little too... intimate for him. Shaking the thoughts off, he directed his attention back to his fellow enhancer. "I.. I guess so. I'd rather be overdressed then underdressed I guess." There was a nervous chuckle at the end there. Was that the right thing to say there? He didn't know, he just didn't want to leave it at just "I guess". His mother always reminded him that a conversation is a give-and-take situation. If someone is kind enough to participate in a friendly conversation with him, he should do the same.

Xeih rubbed his right arm a little, it was quite sore at this point. He still had plans to practice the components after class, but his arm in this condition might not agree. He could practice the more intense components with his left hand later instead. Being able to use components and spells in an ambidextrous manner is a skill that could only ever prove useful. Having someone else he could practice with would be nice, but he's unsure if that would bode well. His fellow spellcasting students at the very least seem to meet the requirements for spellcasting, but he's unsure of their actual experience on the subject matter. Q'ara would be ideal for practicing spells with, given she's the professor and all; but she already has an understanding of what seems to be a majority of magic. He'd like to learn with someone else; someone at his skill level. Looking back over at Camilla, she didn't seem all too interested in magic. Fighting and martial arts seemed to be her forte. Alas, it wouldn't hurt to ask on what she thinks of magic. "So... Camilla, you plan to find the perfect fighting style, yes? I'm... surely not one who could achieve such a... physical.. achievement. Do you... plan to include magic in your research? There's quite a bit of fighting styles out there revolved around magic. I could p.. possibly point you to a few manuscripts or the like that incorporate that if you're interested. Even if spells and such aren't your cup of tea, I believe it's an avenue you should at least consider having background knowledge on, given if one of your future students has a taste for magic." Xeih definitely would not recommend her to try out spells if she considers it, magic can be lethal to one without the proper requirements. Xeih truly would be the last one who would be a fighting instructor due to his distaste for violence. However, he's aware that knowing how to fight is necessary. Camilla's perspective on the matter could open a door of research that Xeih hasn't explore yet, so he'd be glad to hear her response.

~ Philia entered on new day ~

The woman let out a sigh, her footsteps echoing through the halls as she approached her classroom. Not only was she hoping to see some cooperation in her students today, but she'd also learned that one of them was no longer attending the Academy either. At the very least that meant no drama. She opened the door to see two already present, Camilla and Xeih. "Oh, good morning to the pair of you. Apologies for our previous lesson." She nodded her head towards the two before walking over to her desk as she'd placed her papers down neatly.

Rather than wait for more students however she'd figure it better to get progress made right now. "Now... I shall inform you that Mister Taiki Akiyama has left the Academy." Pausing, Philia would take a moment to watch the pair. The most she imagine they would feel would be Camilla disappointed, not having somebody to taunt. "But back to the task at hand. Seeing as before we were going to touch on the subject of Raiments... How about we continue that?" Crossing her arms, Philia walked up towards the girl as she would hand her a piece of paper. "I would like you to give me a short description about your Raiment, what it's strengths and weaknesses would be... As well as how you feel about the ability YOU possess. If one understands their potential as well as their limitations with the cards they have been given, I believe that is what allows us to perform at our best." She'd continue, handing another sheet to Xeih before returning to her seat.

Once seated Philia smiled just a little towards them. "You don't have to do this now. But I would like to see results by the next lesson please." Now leaning foward to rest her head on the back of her hands, the Professor continued. "For now though. Would either of you know where your classmate, Eko would be?" Ending it there, she at least wondered why only two of them were present to begin with...

Mikhail walked into the academy in a decent mood, a content expression on his face. He had woken up a bit earlier to make Lelyna breakfast so that they could enjoy a bit of the morning together before heading to the academy. Then, he made it a point to take her to the diviner class and make sure she got them safely. It was as if they were back attending the academy again, but instead, they were now a step-up. He really didn’t want to leave her, but he had no choice. Mikhail made sure to make his goodbye kiss extra loving and long before he had to go and deal with his own class.

The day prior was very peaceful for them both. The prince had found himself quite busy and only recently had that busy streak die down. Yesterday, he made it his mission to rest up and spend as much time with Lelyna as he could. They caught up and spoke about everything and anything, he was always able to feel so at ease with her. It pushed him to wonder when he should ask for her hand. He had been debating on it for a while due to all that had been going on, but soon, he knew that there would be a point in which he just couldn’t wait any longer.

The prince walked into the Enhancer class and looked around at the students that were already inside. He notices that two of the students were already there along with the professor, all who he had only briefly spoken to when he was there last time. ”Good morning…” He gave them all a nod before sitting down. Philia filled them in that a student was no longer attending the academy. She then began to touch on what the students were going over in the class before. Ah, he remembered when he had to do these papers. It made him feel glad to be over it already.

Camilla was surprised when all her classmate had to say was, ' better overdressed than underdressed. ' He wasn't wrong. Camilla didn't like to be underdressed for anything. After all, she was an heiress. She had an image to uphold. Deciding there wasn't much else to say, she went back to her practicing. As she did so, she looked at Xieh from the corner of her eyes. The boy was touching his arm and looked like he was deep in thought about something. Then he made eye contact with her. Shortly thereafter the boy spoke up once more. Stopping once more she turned to look at her classmate once more. Magic? She had never thought of that before. She had just assumed since she was an Enhancer type that magic was beyond her abilities. Her eyes lit up with excitement. The first real excitement since she had woken up. '' Oh my god, I never thought of that! '' She nearly shouted. Running over to Xeih she put her hands on his shoulders. '' I would love to try an learn magic and see these manuscripts! '' She was so excited. Releasing her new friend she put her hands on her hips. '' By the way, it's not that magic isn't my forte, I was told I can't use magic. So I never tried. '' She said matter of factly.

As the two finished talking, the teacher, Ms.Maksimov walked in. The teacher spoke but Camilla wasn't listening. She was thinking of all the new possibilities with the idea of magic coming into play. It wasn't until Ms.Maksimov spoke of Taiki did she pay attention. Apparently, the snot-nosed kid left the academy. Smiling slightly to herself Camilla looked her teacher in the eyes. She knew that Maksimov was probably expecting a remark from her. But Camilla was going to take the high road and keep quiet. Moving to her seat she sat down. Not long after her talk of Taiki, she was talking about raiments. She walked to each of them and handed them a piece of paper; she then asked them to write about their raiments in great detail. This...was concerning, to say the least. Her weakness wasn't something she was comfortable telling people, let alone writing down for someone to hold on too and use against her later. Camilla began to write. She wrote about her raiment and how it worked. Minus the after effects. She knew she didn't need to write this up now but she wasn't doing anything else in the class. As her teacher began speaking of their other classmate Eko, Camilla stopped what she was doing to look up at her teacher. '' I haven't seen or heard from him in quite a while. '' Was all she had to say. At that moment the Prince walked in. Looking happy and carefree. '' Good morning. '' Camilla said back to him.

To say the very least, Xeih wasn't expecting this manner of a response in the slightest. Her beaming excitement wasn't a foregin behavior to the timid enhancer, he's seen plenty of it with in his family. However, he's never mentally prepared for it. When she put his hands on him, he froze and cringed under her touch. Being touched wasn't really something he enjoyed being done to him, especially by a stranger. When she said she'd like to try and learn magic and see the said manuscripts he mentioned earlier, he knew that he had to warn her about the dangers of magic. "I- I'm glad that you're interested; I'll... be more than happy to point you to some texts that provide a basis of knowledge for anyone not familiarized in spellcasting. Just... whatever you do.. please don't try to cast magic on your own. It's quite... dangerous" He wasn't surprised that people have told her she can't use magic, most people can't. Typically, if falls down to not having enough control over magic, and being able to harness its power. And for some... they simply can't understand the complexity of magic. Xeih liked to believe that with the right study habits, she could learn how to utilize magic, but it would cause him great fear if she tried to dive into it quickly without guidance. "When.. when you graduate, you could attend the spellcasting class. Professor Q'ara is quite experienced and knowledgeable. She could help you with this avenue; I'm sure that she knows plenty of battle magic." Soon after Xeih said that, the professor walked in.

She addressed them and handed them sheets of paper. They were given a pretty easy assignment, something that each of them should know plenty about. Xeih knew his potential, and more so knew his limitations of his raiment. Her not knowing their raiments seems a bit odd to Xeih though, if she didn't already know. It seemed logical that each of their raiments were documented somewhere. Wait... if the students have documents in the academy... so should the professors... Xeih thought about Q'ara, surely due to her having a position at the academy, she had to apply for the position. And as an employee, there should be some documentation about her working here somewhere within the academy's walls. Xeih shook his head a little. He was getting a little ahead of himself. First of all, he's more inclined to learn about that particular spell, and second... well, he does have a slight worry about who she is. Maybe he could ask one of the court mages; the headmaster, maybe. But would one of them really inform him on the subject matter? If he were to... take a peek at a possibly non existent file, he'd need someone with some sort of skill in subterfuge, or he'd need to learn a component or spell that could help him with such. Ideas swarmed in his head, but now wasn't the time to ponder it. Right now he had an assignment to complete.

When the professor asked if either of them have seen Eko, Xeih mentioned he saw him at the library yesterday. Before the conversation could continue, the TA showed up. Xeih looked down at the sheet of paper, and took the quill on his desk and began writing. He started by writing his name at the top, in elegant calligraphy. He merely wrote down a description of his raiment, and noted that it in itself doesn't feel like a raiment to him. He's merely a catalyst for magic. In terms of strengths and weaknesses, there's more strengths to it than weaknesses. He can push the limitations of magic to new heights, making it stronger than ever. The weaknesses would be he can't do this an unlimited amount of times each day, and he has to learn spells and such if he wants to cast magic. He stopped and pondered about his raiment, it didn't provide him with any real burden like many other raiments do. For a lot of people. lack of control over their raiment could cause serious issues. For Xeih, if he's not using his raiment, nothing really happens. Using it doesn't have any real negative side effects either; he was rather lucky to be born with such a power. Looking down back at his paper, he noticed he was possibly wrote too many words and over explained certain parts, but he was happy with it, sort of. Looking up, he glanced at the professor, then at the prince. Blushing a bit, Xeih looked back down at his desk. He's cute... Was all Xeih thought to himself. He doubted the prince would ever be interested in him in the slightest; also rumor had it that he already fancied someone else, which was kind of a relief.

The door let out a soft creak as Rory peered around it. One massive hazel eye set in half a pale face was all that could be seen from the other side. Yet with that one eye, the quiet girl could see plenty. It seemed class had already begun. There was a woman standing at the board with a stern look on her face which made Rory think that his must be a professor. She did look a bit older than the other people scattered across the room, That being said though, the woman had an incredibly youthful face. Her hair was parted in two, the larger white half perfectly contrasted by the smaller area of black. She was smartly-dressed as well, her clothing suiting the disapproving look which she seemed to be casting around the classroom. This look made Rory grip the door a bit tighter. Would she be in trouble for being late? The frail figure quivered slightly at the thought. She had never been in a classroom with other people before, and being chewed out by a teacher on the first day would make a horrible impression. She scanned the professor’s face, hoping she was kinder than her three glaring eyes currently implied. Wait… three!?! Rory blinked in surprise and pressed her face a little further through the doorway for a closer look. THe woman did not, in fact, have three eyes. She did have an ovular tattoo on her forehead, but this was not nearly so frightening.

Relieved, Rory switched her attention to the other people in the room. There were a couple of people conversing toward the front who looked to be about her age. One was a girl with long, flowing hair and an athletic build that made Rory feel a bit jealous. She was the only female in the room besides the teacher and she was… well, beautiful. The girl was as well-dressed as the professor and extremely elegant. She stood up straight and smiled as she talked, displaying a confidence that the small transfer student immediately recognized. Yet there was something off about that smile… It reminded her of what she had liked to call her Aurora Face. This was the cheerful look she put on when her parents wanted her to entertain guests. She’d always found it difficult to maintain since she almost never felt really happy at the Trendel noble gatherings. Perhaps this girl was not as cheerful as she seemed. Rory shook her head. If it was an aurora Face, it was an awfully good one. The smile seemed so natural on her beautiful classmate. Perhaps she was mistaken about its intentions.

The boy conversing with her did not seem nearly so confident. He was a thin child with wide eyes and skin nearly as pale as Rory’s. The fiery red outfit he wore certainly overshadowed this though. It was a fancy-looking coat with a shoulder guard and crest emblazoned on it. In fact, everyone here seemed to have rather impressive clothes. The nervous student breathed a small sigh of relief at this realization. She looked down at her own outfit- one of the finest dresses she owned. It had been specially tailored to her by the family’s personal craftsman, a famous name even outside of Trendel. Personally she had loathed to wear it. The Harperions had wanted their daughter to stand out and had forced her into this dress, but Rory herself wanted nothing more than to fit into the crowd. She had spent her life with private tutors, only allowed to associate with the children of Trendel and her allies “finest” families. Now that she was here, she was extremely excited to meet all sorts of new people. She had wanted to find something less conspicuous to change into before going to class, but her little runaway plan had left her no time for such an endeavor. Still it seemed the class was filled with fancy outfits, so it would not be as much of a problem as she had first thought. Even her fine dress might not be noticed in comparison to this small boy’s fiery attire. She did have to wonder if he was alright though… he had extremely dark circles under his eyes. The two sat down as she watched and began scribbling away at some sort of assignment.

There was another man in the room. He looked about the same age as the students, perhaps slightly older, but something about him gave Rory the feeling that he was not a student himself. Perhaps it was his stance- there was an air of authority about him similar to the elegant girl’s, though his seemed more potent. The other students seemed to look upon him with great respect. In fact, the purple-haired boy she had noticed earlier seemed incredibly nervous as he glanced up from his papers. Just who was this guy? She looked at the confident one with some of the same respect the others offered. He must be very important to have such a position among such noble-looking people.

Anyway it seemed there was little examination left to do. Doing her best to set her nerves aside, she gave the door a great shove. Unfortunately it swung open a little easier than she had intended. Despite her weak form, the door swung open with a mighty crash. Rory stood there in its frame, utterly terrified by the racket she had made. For a moment she stood frozen, certain that all eyes had turned to her by now. The whole point of running from the gilded ship had been to avoid making a flashy entrance, but it seemed she had been foiled again by her own clumsiness. Rory looked from one face to the next, uncertain of what to do. Then she broke into a grin, waved as innocently as she could, and waited nervously for somebody to give her instructions.

The Professor glanced over to the door when the prince entered, giving everybody a short "good morning," she nodded towards the male and returned focus to the pair in front of them. Regarding another student it appeared Camilla had no idea as to where Eko was. This was mildly concering seeing as how often she's heard of people going missing... Not good. "I... See..." Philia replied, shortly after Xeih brought to her attention that he had seen his classmate the previous day. If that was the case, why was the boy not present... Was he skipping? A lighter note at least was that such a recent sighting MIGHT dismiss the possibility of him disappearing. Might, yet not completely. Either way it was not to be her main focus for the time being as she instead prepared to continue the lesson. "Well he will have to catch up. Now... I understand that you might wonder what the point is in having you both describe your Raiments. While the Academy is aware of what you can do... Otherwise, how are we supposed to help you all? See, I would like to have an idea on just how well you know your powers. Accepting our strengths and weaknesses is the first step, after all."

The woman was ready to continue, looking through her notes up until there was a sudden thudding sound. The door had been pushed open hard enough to swing into the wall, leave a minor dent where the handle had made contact. Looking over Philia noticed a rather well-dressed girl standing in the frame, seemingly petrified from whatever she did to cause the door to smack into the wall. It seemed the possible student was waiting to be spoken to, thus Philia rose from her seat and made her way over with a sheet similar to what she had already handed out to the others. "I don't believe we have met? Are you a new student here?" The Enhancer Professor asked calmly, as if nothing happened. She then handed the paper to the girl. "If so, my name is Philia, I will be your Professor... That is, assuming you are also an Enhancer. I am having everybody write up some details about their Raiments such as their advantages, weaknesses... And more importantly how they feel about possessing said Raiment." Once she knew the girl was part of the class she would gesture towards the others before continuing "Please, take a seat. And if you wish you can do the paper now. It does not matter as long as it is ready for next lesson."

Now sighing, Philia returned to her seat and looked at now trio of faces in front of her. As much as she would've liked to continue the little lecture it looked like they weren't going to have too much more time... So for the moment the Professor chose to try and earn a little extra trust in her students as it seemed like there were some conflicted feelings among some of the faces. A slight smile showed and she brushed her bangs aside, giving both her eyes a clear view of her students. "Just so you all know... I AM here if any of you have any... Hm... Concerns. If needed we can talk and try to help you. Don't hesitate to come to me, alright? After all, my role is to help you all grow." Finishing there, Philia focused on adding details to her profile sheets, including a new one for the surprise student. Perhaps they will befriend one another for the short remainder of the class?

Camilla had gone back to writing about her raiment. Everyone that was showing up was here, so she didn't feel like she'd be getting interrupted again. She wrote how it worked, her raiment augmented her strength in lamest terms. Hardening her muscles and increasing the amount of energy she can release on contact. The results were simple. She could strike through most stone or wood-like objects. And if she made contact with a person unprotected the result was usually grim. Her strengths far outshined her weaknesses. But her one weakness was enough to get her killed. So she was stuck with a predicament. Tell the truth about her weakness, or lie. It wasn't a hard choice, to say the least. Camilla wrote that a few of her weakness's included that her raiment ran on a certain amount of time and that she let herself get swept up in her excitement and activate her raiment in times that she shouldn't. A good example was when she fought with Kayl. She got so excited that she just couldn't control herself and let her raiment fly without hesitation. But had she actually hit Kayl he might have died. And that was was a problem. But her raiment was powerful, and it made her feel confident, strong. Which she wrote as well.

Just as she finished a loud bang was heard from her left. Camilla's head snapped in that direction. Her mind went right to combat mode. If she had to, Camilla could have closed the gap between her and the person at the door in seconds. But once her eyes took the girl in, Camilla calmed down. Releasing the intense look in her eyes Camilla smiled. The poor girl was terrified. Camilla felt for her. It was already hard being the new girl, then to make such a...dramatic entrance on top of that. The teacher was already on damage control. Ms.Maksimov was very quick to read a situation. Looking at the new girl she smiled at her and waved back. She seemed sweet enough. But it would seem they would need to try and get to know the quiet girl another time. Looking at the teacher Camilla nodded as she dismissed them all. Walking over to Ms.Maksimov's desk, she sat her paper down on it. Without another word, Camilla made her way towards the door. She didn't much care for answering the teacher's words of encouragement. Not that she didn't believe the teacher was looking out for them. Camilla just had a hard time connecting like that with adults. The only ones she ever knew forced her to endure hardship after hardship. But for now, she put that in the back of her mind.

Stopping in front of the new girl she smiled. '' Hey petty girl. '' Camilla said smiling sweetly. The girl had moved over slightly, leaving room for people to leave should they be leaving when Camilla was. Turning to look at Xeih she spoke. '' Oh, thanks again for the advice Xeih! I can't wait to go over the manuscripts and such with you. '' She practically sang. Camilla was finally over whatever mood had been plaguing her and felt her normal happy self-returning. Looking back at the new girl she spoke once more. '' Hope to see you again pretty girl. Till then. '' Camilla gave a small curtsey before smiling at the girl and moving past her and on her way to her dorm. She felt bad for not saying by to the prince but if she could remain off his radar then that's what she'd do. He wasn't like Kayl to her. Kayl was easy to approach, the prince, not so much.

After a little time had passed it was time to conclude her lesson. She would have liked to do more but the surprise student meant all she could do for the moment was give them the paper to fill in until the next lesson. Perhaps they'll be more eager for the next one... The woman cleared her throat and stood up. "Well it looks like we are out of time for the day. Please do not forget to fill in that sheet to the best of your ability." As she concluded, seemed Camilla was already done with hers? Philia looked over what the girl had written... And for the most part it was certainly well thought out. Though... A look over at Camilla gave her a feeling... Like something was missing. Perhaps the woman will try to talk with the student at a later date, for now there wasn't anything certain for the Professor to ask about. With a nod of the head and a wave goodbye, Philia waited for the students and Mikhail to leave the class before making her own leave for the day.

Rory took the assignment with shaking hands. It seemed the teacher was actually rather kind, a huge relief to the struggling girl. She nodded as the professor explained the assignment and stepped slightly to the side so as not to block the entryway. She did not, however, take a seat alongside her fellow classmates. Instead she stared wide-eyed at the parchment between her fingers. My Raiment… Part of her felt relieved. Rory had half expected the faculty to demand that she demonstrate her powers as soon as she arrived. That would likely happen eventually. Of course there was no way to improve if she didn’t practice, but the thought of releasing her power for the first time in years had constituted most of her “first-day” nightmares. This assignment though… this was entirely unexpected. The frail girl leaned against the doorframe as she read the questions over and over again. What did she think of her Raiment? Well, that was easy. She despised it. Rory loathed her power so much that she would trade it for anything else in a heartbeat. There were days where she even wished she had been born powerless- though that almost certainly would have made her an outcast among her family. If how she felt were the only thing in question it would have been the easiest assignment she’d ever had.

Unfortunately for Rory, that was not the only question. She was also supposed to talk about the strengths and weaknesses that came alongside it. That was going to be an issue. Her lips subconsciously pressed themselves shut in defiance of her attempts to remember such details. The thing was, Rory hadn’t used her Raiment in quite a long time. She didn’t know a whole lot about the strange force when it came down to it. For strengths it was… scary? Effective? She didn’t quite know what to write. As for weaknesses, where would she even begin?

“Hey pretty girl,” a voice broke through her increasingly rapid thoughts. Rory’s eyes snapped up to reality. It appeared that class had ended, the professor was packing up her things and the two male students seemed to be preparing to leave as well. The elegant girl was already at the door, studying Rory with inquisitive eyes. It took the new student a moment to realize that not only was it this well-toned female who had spoken, but she was speaking to her! Rory blinked a few times. Pretty girl? she’d never been addressed that way before. In fact, she’d never had any sort of nickname. And to be called that by someone so elegant and beautiful… it was actually pretty nice. Relieved thaat at the very least her classmates hadn’t immediately rejected her, the Trendel noble smiled back. It would have been great to get to know these people a bit more, but the teacher marched past them, indicating that class had ended. Rory waved cheerfully as the elegant woman walked away. She hoped she’d see this girl around too.

{Rory exits the classroom}
