Sub considered this information for a bit, part of him felt like this was relevant to how they got back home. How precisely he didn’t know. With a sigh he thought they might as well make themselves comfortable here at this camp, as some of the others suggested, but before they could do that a very strange event would take place. The first thing anyone would notice was Darts’ jacket acting extremely active unprovoked, flapping around excitedly, Darts himself certainly realizing it was acting far more strange than normal. Several seconds after said jacket began to act up a bright flash of light appeared on the horizon and quickly expanded and stabilized into a dome of some kind of energy, just shy of a mile away from where they were, alongside the river.

Stuck in conversation with Sub, it took Darts a little bit to notice his jacket was acting up. Even after all this time, he sometimes forgot it was more than a garment as a flesh and blood part of him. But once it started up this time, it was like a cramp or a muscle spasm flowed throughout the entirety of the jacket. "Augh! What...?" He groans as the sleeves of the jacket clamp and unclamp on his wrists, wild gesticulations and seizures flowing across the entirety of his coat like one living muscle.

SubonicXP
“What in Darkrai’s black void is that?” Sub asked as he stared off at the strange anomaly that appeared on the horizon. His eyes were only pulled away by it after noticing Darts’ jacket attempting to pull it wearing in that direction, the sleeves frantically reaching out for it. The next thing anyone knew Darts was almost, or was, janked right off his feet and sent running/flying for the strange dome. “Uh what?” Sub asked no one in particular as he watched this take place. Concerned for what this could mean, considering Darts’ hybridism, the Dark One began to give chance. “Darts! What’s going on!?” He shouted at the hybrid as he attempted to catch up to him, however the gulf between them continued to expand.

A second later after the violent episode, there's a sharp yank from his collar and he's hauled a**-over-teakettle backwards onto the ground. "Oof." Is all he has time for as the air gets pushed out of his lungs and he hits the earth below him. A cloud of dirt flies up as the Snagem is unceremoniously drug like a water-skier hanging on for dear life behind a boat. He can feel the rocks and grass on his back as he's strung along, his heels digging in unsuccessfully as he tries to right himself and resist the pull. He inhales, exhales and there's a flash of blue fire from both of his legs as he taps into some of his internal Outrage, the steroid shooting down his two limbs. Even with the extra physical oomph, he stops himself for a brief moment before the force seems to redouble, his appendages digging troughs in the ground underneath him as he resists for only a second before being ripped up and out of the ground and back on his path. Whatever this force was, it was strong enough that not even the Outrage of a Giratina could resist it. He hears Sub calling his name, but doesn't have enough time to respond before getting pulled into the odd shining dome right in front of the group.

SubonicXP
There would be no stopping the jacket from pulling Darts right into the dome of energy and the Snagem leader himself would not delay in following his teammate inside. Those inside the dome would find themselves in a strange place where the inside is much darker than the outside, the dome itself a swirling purple color on the inside, and lightning-like energy crackling about, a wild storm of energy swirling all around. Beside that everything looked normal, they were on flat land alongside a river, only half the river inside of this ‘distortion’. Sub had noted some Bidoof in a panic attempting to flee the dome but the next thing he knew they vanished into thin air and in their place a quartet of Pokemon replaced them.

“Ooon!” Roared the Onix as it brought its tail down towards Darts and Sub, executing a Rock Throw.

“Lickiii!” A Lickitung as it would snatch Aile up in its tongue with Wrap and attempt to throw her at Amaranth.

“Ursaaa..” The Ursaring growl as it charged at Monique attempting to cut her down with its Slash.

“Haun haun haun!” The gas Pokemon almost cackled as it began to chuck small Shadow Balls at the rest of the Snagems, one after the other.

It was an ambush! …or was it?

The string between whatever was pulling Darts along and his jacket seems to sever once he's inside the chaotic atmosphere of the dome, leaving the gold-crested Snagem flat on his back. "What... was that?" He groans, as one of the wild Bidoof pauses to give his cheek a pity lick before hurrying on to join the rest of its family.

He sits up in response to Sub nearing, debris from his trip cascading down his back as he does so. "I don't know what that-" He stops mid sentence as he sees the Onix and the Rock Throw mid-flight towards both of them and kips to his feet, positioning himself between his leader and the oncoming projectile. His Outrage flashes through his body again and he sweeps his left arm in front of him as a chop, deflecting the boulder away from them both and off out of the dome, cleaved in two. Anyone watching would notice as soon as the two halves of the Pokemon-generated material leave the confined space they pause, hanging in midair for a moment before warping and popping out of existence in an instant like a bubble bursting.

Freth perked up then looked back seeing the massive crack in the sky and the dome which started to form. "Okay...that...wasn't in any history book." Freth said. "Is that a hole forming?" she'd ask to the hunter.

"...I never seen a hole do that. I'm...about as lost as you are. Uh...what is the Giratina hybrid doing?" Freth looked over and watched as Darts was literally dragged towards the violet dome of energy.

"Darts!" Freth quickly jumped up from where she was sitting then started to rush off after him. As she pursued, she watched him get dragged into the dome itself. Freth stopped just shy of of it, not wanting to get caught up in it, at least at first...until she watched Sub run in with reckless abandon. Followed by Keiko. Then Monique. Freth could only stare in confusion for a second, but through the energy, at the very least she could tell that they seemed to be just fine despite being in this dome of...whatever it is. Freth would roll her eyes, shrugging, then dove right in as well if everyone else seemed to be fine.

As she found herself within the dome, she noticed that it was relatively dark; the sunlight was barely getting through it. She herself was fine as was everyone else, other than Darts perhaps, who got put on a ride of his life. "I'm a little surprised that you didn't say anything." Freth said.

"I've just about given up at this point." the hunter exasperatingly stated.

"Or you're just learning. At least Darts stopped, but what is going on in here?" As energy crackled about the dome, scarring off the weaker Pokemon about in this area, she'd watch as out of nowhere Pokemon started to appear, those considerably stronger than a mere Bidoof. Haunters, Lickitung, Onix...while also native to this region, not necessarily usually roaming areas like this. Well, that and they just came out of literally no where. "The hell?"

Various items started to pop up out of nowhere. She could swear at least a couple of things right off hand didn't seem to belong in this day of age. Others might. She didn't have the time to look. More Pokemon were starting to come about. "Are you SURE this has nothing to do with Ultra Space!?"

"I honestly don't know. Its something temporal, at least, that I can figure, but like I said, I never seen anything like this. We probably shouldn't be in here either!" More Pokemon started to appear out of from nowhere, much to Freth's surprise. Eevee, Croagunk, Sneasel...this was starting to get out of hand.

"Mamoswine!" Freth shouted. She'd toss out a Pokeball and out came the gargantuan ice-type beast, appearing from the ball and making impact on the ground. "Mamoswine! Earthquake!" she'd command. The Mamoswine reared back and unleashed a mighty quake within its vincinity. The Eevee staggered over as its tiny body got rocked. The Croagunk had it worse, taking catastrophic damage from the Mamoswine's attack, but the Sneasel was undeterred. Managing to keep its footing, the Sneasel started to rush in, claws lit up to have a metallic sheen.

With a infuriated squeal, the Sneasel slashed down on Mamoswine, making the beast buck and rear back. "Blast it, this is almost like fighting Blizzard's Weavile all over again. Always had to pick the quicker and nimble Ice types...Mamoswine, use Ancientpower!" she shouted. The Mamoswine roared out, various rocks started to fly out of the earth, pelting the Sneasel nearly every which way with various rocks. "Hard to dodge much when its coming at you from nearly all directions, huh? Cheeky b*****d..."

The three Pokemon that the Mamoswine tried to keep under control however, damaged as they are, started to get back up, wounded and agitated. The three Pokemon was about ready to go on the attack and Mamoswine was ready to stand its ground, but before the Pokemon got on the attack, they disappeared before her. "The hell?" With another flash, Freth turned around, seeing three new Pokemon, more Onix, an Eevee, another Haunter." "Sub!" She called out. "We can't stay in here! We'll get over run at this rate!"

Beau wouldn't take much longer to catch up with the rest of the group as they charged after the unfortunate Darts and his coat that was attempting to kidnap him. What exactly was going on to make this area look so crazy weird? And it looked like there was now a bunch of new Pokemon contained here as well. What exactly was this mysterious area that had hauled Darts in and was doing this bizarre alteration of the local Pokemon?

Before he could continue that train of thought, a Shadow Ball slammed square into his head and sent the Vivillon hybrid flying. Rolling with the impact at his equally sudden landing, Beau would grab at the ground, eventually finding something to stop his skid before looking back towards the Haunter. "What the hell? What did we do to you?" Beau griped, dropping a Pokeball behind him as he charged back towards the Haunter. Looking towards the Fletchinder that was now flapping to try and keep pace with him, he would give a quick nod to the Flying type before shouting over towards Larrimore. "Larrimore! Flash and smash!"

Getting close to the Hunater as it got distracted firing Shadow Balls towards the other Snagems, a cloud of Powder would erupt from Beau's wrist to hang in front of the Ghost type's eyes for a moment. And then it very swiftly became a searing fireball for the Haunter as an Ember from Beau's Fletchinder ignited the cloud and the explosion would send all close to it scattering, with the Haunter likely having some vision trouble from the flash it just saw. Perfect opening for Larrimore to swoop it and smash the thing.

Taking the quick break that the explosion would offer him, Beau decided to check and see what exactly had managed to stop his skid.

Aile had taken a bit of time out berry hunting, finally coming across what she presumed to be a Pecha Berry and gave it to her Gible. It looked exactly like one, anyways, so she assumed they hadn’t changed all that drastically in the century and a half or so that they were supposedly back. It would be shortly after that where she managed to see the others joining up. “Well, let’s go I suppose.” The woman made her way over to the group and after letting them know what she saw on her end, fell silent as the others spoke and talked. Once Freth showed up and took the group of humans to their hastily made camp, she gave a bit of a wave to the group then sat down and looked over Rancor, noting that he was at least looking better. Less queasy and ill, at least. Then the whole event with Darts and his jacket happened. “What in the nine hells?” She’d follow Sub and everyone else into the purple dome, staring at her surroundings in massive confusion. “Okay, what have we stepped intooOOOO?!” The dome’s energy storm wound up being the perfect thing to keep her distracted, allowing her to get caught by the Lickitung’s tongue wrap, being used as a human sized projectile to attack Amaranth. The collision with her would mildly disorient Aile, shaking her head as she crawled onto her hands and knees. “Oi, sorry… That’s going to be something for my potential dreams. Bleh.” She attempted to wipe off the saliva that remained from being Lickitung’s throw toy, noticing a tingling on her hands as she touched it. “Arceus, what the hell? What’s up with that thing’s saliva?” One quick glance up from her poor attempt to clean herself off quickly would give Aile just enough time to roll out of the way of a tail slam from another Onix, with Aile looking back quickly at Ammy. “Hey, you think you can deal with the Lickitung? I’ll deal with this Onix.”

Aile would recall Rancor, unsure of how the Gible would fare against the Onix after dealing with poison as long as he did. The question was, who would she send out now. The Rhydon was right out, she had brought him along for a trip that went off the rails extremely quickly, and was now unusable here. Not unless she wanted to screw over the past and alter the future heavily, which was a right no. Korriban was massive overkill, brought along as an oh crap button once she heard about the Ultra Beast appearance.Tatooine and Sarlaac were two of her good solid Pokémon, but she did need to get others training… Rancor was just recalled, though, so why not bring out another snake then? “Silicobra, let’s go! Why don’t we try out a Mud-Slap?” The smaller sand snake looked up at the giant rock snake, waiting until the Onix’s head was low enough that it could reach without worrying about it reaching. Unfortunately, it was after an incoming Iron Tail, sending the smaller sand snake tumbling. As soon as it bent down to roar, however, Silicobra’s tail would dig up some of the dirt and mud and fling it in the Onix’s eyes, roaring loudly as it flailed to remove the mud.

“Alright, follow up with a Bulldoze then!” Silicobra would comply as it slithered forward as fast as it could, only changing direction when Onix tried to slam its tail down on the sand snake. A jump into the air and the end would start off the attack, the Bulldoze landing when the Silicobra landed. Meanwhile, Aile was digging in her bag, finding that it was becoming slightly harder to grab her items, and the tingling seemed to be getting stronger. “Come on… There. Now!” She threw out her Ultra Ball- a modern one, she didn’t have any time or interest in learning how they crafted them here, and threw it at the Onix. Once… Twice… Three times before it locked shut, allowing Aile to breathe a small sigh of relief. That was done and dusted, she managed to get a new Pokémon, and hopefully she could get to washing off this damned saliva. The tingling was definitely getting stronger, and were her fingertips starting to go numb? It was hard to tell. What was that item over there, though?

Deo saw what was going on and seeing his friends get attacked, he would decide to help. What he saw was a eevee getting ready to pounce and so he would throw a pokeball to the eevee and there he would catch the curious but interesting pokemon. He would then look for something to do while his friends were attacked by these pokemon.

Knowing a risk is at stake, he would send out his Shinx to shock the Urasing to distract it from the fight at hand and to save his friends. All the while he was hit with a piece of hail which melted in his hand to bring out an Ice stone

"Probably a smart idea..." Amaranth remarked, having already been with the team for far, far more than the day or two necessary to run into the sort of complications their excursions liked to encounter on a regular basis. Larrimore's remark made a lot of sense, though. The energies here were probably a lot less impeded than they would be after the collective march of technology, time and progress. "And that could be it?"

She didn't get much time to think about it more when the flash of light briefly blinded her, seeing the dome in the distance after she was able to see again. "You think maybe how we ended up here didn't set well with the world?" She asked, only to watch Darts get pulled towards it by his jacket. "Crap, Darts!" Hopping onto Gale's back in an instant, she'd have her Pidgeot take off after him and Sub... but not at the speeds she maybe should have. She wanted to see what the dome was about, and doubted she'd be stopping Darts' unavoidable advance even if she did have Gale fly fast enough to get in front of him.

Upon catching up, she'd recall Gale for the moment, if only to keep her safe from the storm and uncertainty of the dome they were in now. Dark as it was, it wasn't too hard to see and she felt maybe she could've kept her bird out when the quartet flashed into existence.

Espeon_Commander

Caught off-guard from that, her mind didn't process that Aile was grabbed and tossed at her, sending her tumbling alongside when she didn't move out of the way. She'd be alright, groaning from the impact and slowly getting to her feet.

"Don't be," she spoke up, quick to dust herself off. "I should've moved-" ...and quick to evade Lickitung trying to grab her now. "Like that. I can keep them busy, sure. Forge, come back out!" Getting her Fletchinder back out for another fight, she wasted no time in taking to the offensive.

"Acrobatics!" Forge's swift movements meant it was able to rush and attack Lickitung before it had a chance to act again, but before he could get back to Amaranth's side, Lickitung was able to land a nasty Double-Edge and sent him back to her that way instead. Despite the recoil, they seemed to still be able to keep fighting. Unlike the Shinx before, they were easily much stronger and scarier.

"Are you alright?" She asked as her Fletchinder got back up and managed to get into the air again. He was fine for now, but an attack like that didn't go terribly well. "Good... try to build up a bit more speed if you can. Flame Charge!" Figuring to keep Forge moving as fast as possible, she'd have him go for a fiery tackle instead and build up a bit of speed for it. Rather than attacking, though, Lickitung would sit down and Rest for a bit. Normally she'd find it odd for one to just go to sleep like that, but what surprised her was that it didn't.

Sure, Lickitung looked about ready to sleep whenever, but even in their drowsy state, they'd stand back up after a bit, ready to keep fighting. And they would when they suddenly sped forth and rammed into Forge with Tackle.

"H-how?" Deciding she needed to deal with this before asking how it was doing all of this, she'd try and do just that. "Forge, keep up the Acrobatics!" Forge would have an easier time landing a hit on Lickitung, seeming to hit harder for it too. Though Lickitung wanted to strike back, the drowsiness would catch up and leave them dozing off briefly. Long enough that while the attack woke them back up, they were too disoriented to do anything about it.

Whatever the case, it allowed a chance to attack again with Acrobatics, knocking Lickitung out and making sure they stayed out of the fight. "That... was rough." She remarked, noticing a bag of Star Dust afterward. Brought in with whatever caused the dome to appear, maybe? She'd quickly grab it and put it away, looking around to make sure nothing else was about to attack her before trying to check on Aile.

"Are you alright too? That Lickitung didn't paralyze you, did it?" Having one herself, she was familiar enough with how its saliva could be. But, she wasn't prepared enough to have anything on hand to do anything about it.

Wren would seem to be the last to reach the massive dome(which he suspected might actually be a sphere upon reaching the thing) due to his leg injury, hobbling as quickly as possible after the others. Darts' jacket acting up caught him guard, considering he'd only ever seen it seemingly move on it's own as small ripples and seemingly blowing in nonexistent wind. Moreover, the violence with which the thing moved was unreal. He hadn't had a chance to mention it yet but ever since arriving here, he'd been noticing the world felt more alive to him than where they'd come from. Even in all his pain while that arrow had been stuck in his flesh, he'd felt his senses assailed by the feeling of nature creeping in on all sides.

Before he could reach the massive, swirling dome(sphere?) of unknown source and unknowable purpose, the others had already begun to be attacked. This couldn't be good. Trying his best to get there and provide backup, he'd see Darts survive an attack from an Onix, projecting the deflected boulders away from himself, sending them out of the dome. "Jeez... I forget how powerfu-" The Channeler's words from in his throat alongside the boulders, watching as they stopped moving in midair, flickering like the image on an old computer screen and then blinked out of existence. "What the hell just happened?!" He demanded of the universe, as if he would simply get an answer for asking.

"Not good. Not good!" He told himself, hobbling faster to reach the dome, tossing a Nest Ball into the dome from outside. "You should get out of there!" He shouted to the other Snagems. "Now!"

The ball he'd thrown out popped open and released his Sawsbuck, Asphodel. "Block those Shadow Balls!" He exclaimed. Asphodel nodded and used Agility to dart from one place to the next, tanking the Shadow Balls Haunter had thrown out. The Normal and Grass-type cervine Pokemon managed to block most of them from the look of it before taking on the Haunter directly. "Nature Power!" Wren ordered from outside the dome. "From the water!"

Asphodel nodded and darted to the river's edge, standing in the water just deep enough to fully cover his hooves before his antlers began to glow, rapidly cycling between their seasonal forms as Wren watched in both awe and horror. The water around the Sawsbuck's hooves swirled and rose as it answered his call, rapidly forming into a Hydro Pump aimed from the river itself to slam into Haunter.

Haunter was taken aback by this strange occurrence but it threw a Dark Pulse toward the incoming move, hoping to overpower the incoming blast of water. Unfortunately, it hadn't the strength and it's effort was overpowered by the deer's attack. The Hydro Pump struck true and sent Haunter reeling for a moment. As Haunter came to a stop, Wren almost missed the flash in it's eyes. "Safeguard!" He called out before Asphodel looked into the Ghost-type's eyes to receive the Hypnosis. The Sawsbuck nodded calmly and a white veil ring of energy shot out from his antlers, rapidly forming into veil of energy that blocked out the negative energies of the Hypnosis before they could reach him. "Great! Now move to the river bank and use Nature Power again!" He ordered, watching as the Sawsbuck jumped to the shore, walking in the sands for a moment before using Nature Power. Rather than the river responding to the call now, the sand and soil came to the deer's beckoning, an Earth Power crackling across the ground to explod upward beneath the Haunter. The Ghost-type's Hypnosis had come to and end and it was trying to wipe the remaining water from it's face as the earth broke beneath it.

"Um... I might have miscalculated..." Wren realized as the attack went off, obscuring Haunter in the airborne dirt and dust. Normally, Haunter would have the Levitate ability, making them immune to Ground-type attacks, even if they were conjured up by other moves but this one... was floating in midair, completely unconscious after that. "Or... not?" The man was highly confused by this as he recalled Asphodel, looking to see if the others had managed to disengage from their own battles and escape the dome while he was dealing with that.

((Totally forgot to roll for my item. Derp.))

Before he was distracted by the others' attempts to escape the dome, Wren looked down at the base of the dome where he stood, trying to determine if it was truly cutting through the ground or if it stopped where the earth began, only to find a strange Yellow Shard just inside the dome. "That's weird... I always thought these were older than this? What's one doing just laying here?" He wondered, tucking it into his bag before continuing his attempt to study what he could see of the dome's edge while waiting for the others.

Leon watched as everyone was getting comfortable until something was happening to Darts. Just everything was going odd in this realm. He ran off with Sub as he entered a weird dome. "What's going on here...?" Leon said as he looked at the sky as it was dark in the dome and some thunder. The wind was picking up as Pokemon started appearing out of no where. Leon stepped out of the way of some Pokemon appearing and attacks his allies were throwing at the wild Pokemon.

His Eevee was startled by the Pokemon appearing as it rolled up in the ball. Leon quickly picked her up and was quickly ambushed by a Croagunk going for a Poison Jab. Leon took the brunt of the attack and fell on his butt. Eevee then fell out of her trainer's arms and was now being stared down at Croagunk. The little fox trembled in fear. "Eevee baby doll eyes!" Leon shouted as Eevee's eyes went big and sad. Croagunk was taken back by the doll eyes. Eevee quickly took the advantage and was ready to attack. "Eevee swift!" Leon shouted as stars started appearing around Eevee and started blasting at the Croagunk.

The poisonous frog was pushed back by the stars but then lunged forward and threw mud at her face. Eevee wiped the mud off her face but then was sent flying by a Sludge Bomb. "Eevee no!" Leon quickly started running and caught his Pokemon. The Poison Channeler looked at his partner make sure she wasn't poisoned. "You look fine, you weren't effected by poison. Just a bit dirtied up from the mud." He said as he wiped Eevee's face. He stared at Crogunk as it was still wanting to battle. Eevee was angry, as it jumped out of Leon's arms and sprinted right at Crogunk. Eevee howled as a dark ball formed at its mouth. She was using Shadow Ball. Eevee then launched it as it made contact with the Crogunk. Smoke filled the air as the Crogunk was being seen running away. As it ran off, something appeared on the ground.

Leon checked what it was as it was...a Fire Stone! "...Well. Thank goodness you didn't pick this up Eevee." He said as he showed his little fur ball partner.

Things would quickly escalate for the Snagems after entering the dome, their noble efforts to check on and protect their friend met with violence from across space and time as Pokemon after Pokemon appeared, each one frustrated by their sudden travels, itching to lass out at the first thing they see which unfortunately was the Snagems. His mouth gaped open slightly as he watched the rocks conjured up by the Onix just blip out of existence. What was this place!?

With the Onix that had planned to make pancakes out of himself and Darts dealt with Sub spun around to confront a raging Croagunk, Sub just barely avoiding a Poison Jab. As he stumbled backwards he tossed out a Pokeball and released from its confines Hop-Frog.

The Froakie would let out a defiant croak at the opposing amphibian, the Croagunk responding with a croak of its own. Before Sub knew it the two frogs were doing little else other than croaking at each other, each one trying to out vocalize the other. The Dark One had expected something of an actual battle, not a staring contest with a croak peppered in every few seconds. Deciding he didn't have time for this as his comrades were soon to be overrun he called out to his own frog.

"Hop-Frog! If you're intent on croaking do more than just make noise! Use Round!" The trainer ordered. The frog would look back at its trainer and nod before turning to face the Croagunk. Right after it got out its own croak Hop-Frog would follow up the sound with a deep and much loader croak from its gut as it unleashed a Round, the vocal waves feeding off the noise the Croagunk made to amplify its strength, the opposing frog grabbing the sides of its head and letting out a pained cry. The Croagunk responding by lunging at Hop-Frog and striking him with a Poison Jab.

Hop-Frog would stumble backwards and clutch the side where it was hit, waiting on its trainer to give an order and thankful that didn't poison him. "Keep your distance and use Water Pulse!" Sub called out, Hop-Frog taking a spring of a jump backwards and spitting out a ball of water at the Croagunk. He didn't know if it had Dry Skin or not but there was one way to find...out?

Before the Water Pulse could even hit the Croagunk disappeared and in its place appeared an Ursaring charging straight for them. Sub had a split second to think, or rather didn't as he immediately rushed for Hop-Frog, snatching him up in his arms and rolling out of the way of the charging bear. Now on his back he held the Froakie close to his chest and witnessed the bear spin around and charge back towards them.

-----

Larrimore would nod in response to Beau's shout, knowing exactly what the butterflyman had planned, a brief memory of their early travels flashing into his mind as he prepared himself. Releasing Pineco he had it generate a String Shot around his wrist, leaving itself attached to the other head. Taking several steps back he waited for his moment.

As soon as the explosion went off Larrimore would get a running start with Quick Attack, gaining speed rapidly in spite of the short distance. Once close enough the Pinsir hybrid would take a flying leap, sailing through the air and falling straight into the cloud of soot, bringing his Pineco swinging down from overhead and with all the momentum from his Quick Attack and the swing itself he brought the bagworm down on the Haunter, its own body infused with Steel energy thanks to its Iron Defense, the ghost slugged with an improvised flail. Right after impact the Haunter did something surprising, it disappeared completely. Poof, gone. "Uh...did I hit it too hard?" Larrimore asked, confused.

Receiving no answer any time soon Larrimore began to look around, that's when he spotted their leader in trouble. "I'll be back, Beau!" He called out to Beau. Wait, did he call him 'Beau'?

"Pas si vite!" Larrimore cried out as he swooped in with a Quick Attack, sliding underneath the Ursaring like a baseball player, snapping his horns shut on one of the bear's hind legs as he passed through, tripping the beast Seeing his opportunity Sub recalled Hop-Frog and scrambled onto his feet and started to get as much distance between himself and the Ursaring, the last thin he saw was Larrimore squaring off with it, the hybrid twirling his Pineco around by a piece of String Shot.

Sub would eventually find his way to Freth's side, spotting her after she had called out to him. "You can say that again!" Sub responded to Freth as she as he arrived at her side. She was right, as soon as a Pokemon was knocked out another took their place, or as in his own case sometimes they switched out at complete random, not even giving you enough time to wear down your attacker before another came at you. Where these Pokemon were coming from he had no idea, not that he could even think on it, right now it was all about survival, which didn't look too good at the moment.

"Deeeer!" The Snagems would each hear the sound of some sort of creature cry out, its cry echoing eerily through out the dome they found themselves in. Surely the first thing they would think was more trouble, but not this time. Coming charging down the hill to their north, through the dome's wall was a strange white creature that somewhat resembled a Stantler, with numerous actual Stantler following close behind. Before anyone knew it the Stantler were in front of them utilizing their Hypnotic abilities to relay their intent to the Snagems, that is to get on their backs to flee. The leader of this pack, the strange white Stantler, would approach Freth and speak to her mind directly.

"Your friends are in danger, come with us." It spoke to her mind, offering her to ride it, Sub mounting a Stantler himself. With the Snagems mounted the pack would flee the dome with the leader guiding and protecting them, the white 'Stantler' using its impressive psychic abilities to erect numerous invisible walls around them to shield them from the rampaging Pokemon, not unlike a Mr. Mime but at a far greater scale. This was certainly a powerful Pokemon.

It had been about ten minutes since the Snagems escaped the strange dome, the team now finding themselves being dropped off at the top of a large hill with a sizeable rock formation overhanging it. There was evidence of some sort of ancient structure having once been here, only the ruins of its foundation remaining, the stones barely visible in the dirt. The Stantler would have long since left, however their white leader remained, saying nothing as it let Freth down and began to climb up to the top of the rock formation to perch at the top.

No one really said much at first as they all settled down and regained their wits. Once everyone seemed to be okay Sub would speak. "I'll come out and say it; what the actual f-" Sub's sentence would be cut off by Larrimore throwing his hand over the leader's mouth. "Excuse your Kalosian." Larrimore said, smirking slightly. "Yeah yeah..." He muttered after removing Larrimore's hand. Looking over the horizon he noticed that the strange dome of light was gone, having disappeared at some point in their flight. "What was that thing and why did Darts' jacket pull him into it?" He asked, not that he expected anyone had an answer. "And what is that?" He said pointing at the white Stantler atop the rock formation.

Monique had taken out the Ursaring, but they kept coming. Ursaring, Onix, Haunter...

Monique knew she couldn't battle forever. This was a massive risk. She recalled Castform and started looking for an exit when a stampede of deer Pokémon, smaller ones with tan bodies and a massive gray deer with a white muff under its neck and gray horns.

Suddenly, Monique felt she had the idea to get out of here. She mounted the Pokémon.

Stantler. Normal. The Big Horn Pokémon. Its strangely shaped antlers have the power...

She and the others rode off as their leader erected invisible barriers to ensure safe passage.

Monique tapped her SNAG, wondering what the larger deer was. It clearly was related, possibly an evolution.

"Boop-boop-beep!" An unfamiliar set of tones greeted her. "No information is available for Pokémon number—8-9-9," a robotic and crunchy voice replied. This recording was clearly among the oldest in the set, with lower fidelity than anything else, and the number was automated. "Contact—Team Snagem—for information on database updates. Again, no information is available for Pokémon number—8-9-9."

Monique was startled, looking as this deer plowed a path. Snagem was a technological powerhouse, yet it lacked information on a Pokémon from the past? That made her sit up and pay attention, not that she wasn't already on a stampeding Stantler. Suddenly, the group burst out of the dome and back to normality, where the group was led to a clearing and urged to dismount. Something had once been built here a long time prior, but what wasn't exactly clear. The group milled around, trying to figure out what had happened and looking in all directions.

The Stantler scattered off, but the big deer stayed and climbed a large rocky outcropping that loomed over the entire area. Monique looked up, trying to discern what it was going to do up there.

"Uhhhhh..."

"What. The hell. Was that!? I just felt violated in here! Did the Stantler just TALK to you telepathically!? This wasn't like any other psychic I felt so far in here!"

"Questions for later!" Freth said. "Get on the deer and hang on tight!" Freth shouted to no one in particular, getting onto the silver Stantler and hanging on tight. Quickly the Snagems would be escorted out, away from the dome and off into the horizon, far from their campsite if nothing else. But it left her to wonder where the hell they were taking everyone.

The adrenaline rush would die down once the Snagems would arrive to their destination. She let herself down easily, trying to not harm her savior on the way down. She then looked back up towards the odd silver colored Stantler. "Thank you." She would say to her impromptu steed. She then looked around. A bunch of ruins here, but nothing that was recognizable, let alone that gave her any idea where she was at right now in the region. This place was ancient even by this time frame's standards. Freth looked back towards the silver Stantler, only to realize that it wasn't a Stantler. It was in her history studies...a Pokemon that...was supposed to be extinct by her era, if she was to recall. She couldn't remember the name, however. Too much to parse through deep in her memories. It was perhaps more a side note; she was more concerned with an Elemental as opposed to a random deer at the time, after all.

"Better question is, are those things common here." Freth would then say to Sub. "Last thing I want to try to do is to find some way to stake Darts down into the ground to stop him from getting dragged off again." Freth stated.

As soon as Keiko had put away the King's Rock she had won, something slammed into the side of her head. Hard. Before she could regain her senses, another attack approached her, only barely missing her. Several attacks were thrown at her after that , the first few missing while the rest were dodged despite the fact that Keiko hadn't regained her senses yet. Instinct kicked in, and the Lopunny hybrid focused on evasion while trying to focus, though she simply wasn't given time to do so. The situation was making her angry, but before she could build up enough energy to use Frustration, a voice spoke to her in her mind, forcibly calming her down.

The next thing Keiko knew, she was atop a Stantler and was close to the end of the dome. She immediately panicked, thinking she hadn't recalled Daedra and left her in that mess, but when she checked, she saw the Sliggoo in her ball. As she exhaled in relief, she realized she was out of the dome, and saw several other Snagems riding Stantler as well, with the one Freth was riding on having a weird white coat. It wasn't just a shiny, this thing was different. She could feel it, but she didn't understand.

Time passed, and once Sub started talking, Keiko smirked. He was right to freak out, like seriously, what even was that? But what mattered was that the Snagems had escaped and everyone was fine, right? "Is everyone okay?" she asked, realizing she didn't know the answer to that question, herself.

“It’s not really soaking through my clothes, so only my hands are feeling weird right now. Bad idea to wipe myself off, but I’m not familiar with Lickitungs to have known that,” she muttered in a reply to Amaranth, picking up the Blue Shard right before jumping out of the way from a pouncing Sneasel. “Whoa! Where did you come from?” Silicobra would blast the Sneasel with a Sand Attack from its sand hood, trying to blind and distract the Pokémon. But as the time went on, the Pokémon disappeared and were replaced with others, happening on a very regular interval and all of them were angry. And was that one notably larger than some of the others that showed up so far? When the normal Stantler and larger white Stantler with the more impressive antlers showed up and gave their impression of motives, the woman was not going to argue, clumsily recalling Silicobra and leaping onto the back of the deer. As they rode, she looked down at her hands, notably more numb at this point and starting to form a red, blotchy rash on each of them. “Lovely… That was a brilliant idea, touching that crap.” She watched behind her for a moment, letting out a sigh of relief as she saw the sky turn normal again, the sound of the distortion loud behind her, as if they had left it just in time. “Good. Thank you-” she was going to reach out to stroke the Stantler she was riding with her left hand, since her right hand was currently keeping hold of the deer, only to find it missing, along with the rest of her forearm and just past the elbow. “Ah… Oh. Oh Arceus. Oh Arceus.” Panic would set in rather past, eyes wide as she just stared at the stump of an arm. “Oh god. I… Okay, just like in Orre, you want to use whatever you can to apply pressure and stem the bleeding….” There were a few choice words mixing in with her panicked breathing as she took off the scarf from her uniform, grateful that she learned how to be ambidextrous. As soon as they were close enough but not there yet, she’d slide off of the Stantler and begin working on covering the stump and applying as much pressure as she could, wrapping the scarf as tightly as she could with one arm and her mouth. It was still clumsy with her hand being a bit tingly and numb, but it was better than it just disappearing into the aether.

Aile would walk into the large area where she saw the others arrive, arriving after looking for a pool of water to clean up her remaining hand and all of the mess that happened after the dimensional rift closed. She looked notably paler than normal now, sans a red rash around her remaining hand, using her staff as a walking stick as she tried processing what just happened. Her attention was now just on the ground as she was still trying to process it. The issue with the Lickitung seemed to be so insignificant now than it was just a few minutes ago. How could she have not felt a damn thing? Could she go home now? Please? Before anything else happened and there would be a chance she’d rival Reno on being a parapalegic? Also, is Hisui cursed as well? It certainly felt like it after this if she compared the events of Galar to the current happenings of Hisui.
