"Nightwatch? Oh....sorry about that. I am a bit jumpy due to those demons that are around." Morlock said sheppishly as he holstered his pistol.

*Nerevar stepped into town, it had been a long journey from Ald'ruun. But the second he stepped foot through the towns gates he knew something was wrong. He trod with a soft foot, constantly aware of his surroundings, all the shutters of the houses were closed and no one was to be found about the streets. As he turned the corner he saw shards of ice and blood scattered about on the flaw.* "Interesting...seems I missed the fight" *He said with a cold smirk on his face... a sound, from behind, he picked it up immediately, in one swift motion he had turned and lept towards the wall into a wall run. Hovering about the air a demon was moving towards his position. he lept from the wall and at the last second his katana Kouhai was unsheathed and the demons head and body fell to the fall with a thud. His rolled mid air and landed lightly crouched to the floor. he stood upright and sheathed his katana on his back.* "What are they doing here!?" *He had encountered these before and new what this meant. To his right stood a forest and around its edge he notice the ground had been disturbed, he set of in the direction of the tracks, silently and swiftly.*

Alice had thought many times of just getting up and leaving. Her life here had been so dissapointing and her choice to join the PD had let her down in so many ways. However, Alice was tired and gathered herself up to leave the forest as she did not feel like an adventure today. She turned her back from the group and said "well, I guess that's that." Here she began to wak away and stepped out into the open where her eyes had laid upon somone seeming be heading into the forest. His eyes were downcast and Alice could not help an uneasy feeling that her day was not going to get any better.

Uri stopped in his walk,"The thought of insecurity of doubt is not so pleasent is it? Everyone comes arcoss a choice they could never decide on their own. Well then be it as it may, be off with you. Not much to prove now." Uri turned his head a bit as Cole espressed his dislike of all the talking. He noticed her looking at something that disturbed her thoughts. Uri walked on signaling for everyone to continue on.

Ketai stumbled into the town, a bit dazed, but otherwise unharmed. He pushed his sword behind him, underneath his cloak, keeping it from view. There weren't many people around, but he'd rather not take the chance of being seen. He was on a mission, and he would go through with it.

Leaping up, he landed quietly on a rooftop, then began a low run across the thatch. His silvery robes flowed behind him, but there wasn't much he could do about that. Though most families were inside, they could probably see him, if they didn't blink.

Sounds good to me. I believe that a story should only progress when all the characters can (have had a chance to) post...so patience is a good thing in this case. Can't wait till more of the story unfolds.

Uri smiled to himself as Lutra said this,"The path is clear but all corners are blocked." Having the whole riddle aspect check on to him. He noticed the Watch go running off and new she had found someone, she definatly would not go running at a demon so his mind was made up on what she might have seen.
