First person to roll a 100-sided and get 100- ENDED

I should say something that sounds like a final speech. Then I'd have to win, because nobody else would be able to come after it, right?

If I roll two 100-sided dice, and rolled a 200, does that mean I win twice as much since my odds were twice as bad?
