Shoot! She growled, tried to snap her fingers but almost lost balance and jerked her broom a little. Whoops! Focus Cami, focus! She chastised herself, kept both hands tight around the handle of her broom as she hurried on after Ashley. She heard the smack and whistle of a bludger and hesitated when another echo sounded much more closely. That's when she spotted Darius defending Claire, and she sighed in relief. With narrowed eyes, she focused on Ashley once again and dove in for another steal.

 "What you confuse for honesty,
is fire from the tongue of a liar.
What you confuse for sanity,
is a broken mirror that cracks more. Claire focused on the game...well..practice match, as she flew around, she then spotted a bludger being aimed towards her and she moved to swerve out of the way, before she got saved by the captain.
That...Was close...
Giving Darius a slight nod as if to show thanks (a rare thing coming from her) she darted forward to watch as Camila went to steal and noticing she missed, Claire darted forward to steal from Ashley herself. My feelings? I'm being careful you know?

Sometimes I wonder why this is happening
It's like nothing I can do will distract me when I think of how I shot myself in the back again
'Cause from the infinite words I could say
Put all the pain you gave to me on display
But didn't realize, instead of setting it free
I took what I hated and made it part of me

Dmitri had finished his laps quickly and settled himself comfortably. Although his attention was trained on the game, he couldn't help but keep an eye out for Virgil. Where was he? It was the git's last year in the school, he couldn't imagine why he'd miss this, especially with a guaranteed spot. Of course everyone knew the animosity between the two, one would hardly guess they were brothers until the tensions sparked, then you could tell. Before long, Ashley had charged through the other players. Nimbly, the second year reached him long enough to line up a shot. Dmitri barreled himself forward, both hands wide open to block the quaffle.

He caught the ball with slight effort. Both hands clasped around its grooved edges, Dmitri pulled back on his broom to center himself in front of the goal posts and glanced at both teams. Who should he toss it too? Who was closest? He glanced at the opposing team, Claire and Camila, and figured he ought to toss it their way to try and even out the score. He caught eyes with the blonde and tossed it to her.

Claire barreled towards Ashley before finding him shooting for a goal, thankfully the shot was blocked by Dmitri and grinned as she caught the quaffle.
Time to make up for that crappy steal!
Claire barreled down the pitch, ready to dodge incoming players. My feelings? I'm focused you know?
