Eien: You can get cheap-ish USB adaptors for your PC so it can broadcast a Wi-Fi signal~
Alternatively, You could buy a router with built in WiFi~

The Wifi should work with any wireless router or any open WAP around the area.
...does Eien or Shram have WAPs around that they could "borrow" Internet from?
