The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Markus flew, black wings pumping easily. Once they neared the spot where they had left, he glided to a gentle stop, landing at a slow run rather than an abrupt stop. "Any better that time?" He asked with a chuckle, walking to where Aleera waited on the bench. "Welcome back you two." She greeted them with a smile. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Much better." Akila nodded, and smiled shyly, waving to Aleera when they approached her. "How long were you waiting?" She hoped their going off hadn't been a bother.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera chuckled. "Not long, Akila. Don't worry about it." She told the girl dismissively as Markus set her down. "Did you two enjoy your talk?" She asked with a wicked, teasing smirk - One that made Markus blush. "We were just talking." He muttered in his defense. "Got some stuff to chew on, later when I can sit down and think." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Akila blushed too and murmured,"I was giving him a report from the cabin." sonspoke nonchallantly so no one passing would be the wiser. She tested her foot, leaning on Markus a moment, before standing on her own.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera nodded easily. "Send me the results once you're done chewing it over?" She asked Markus who agreed with a nod. Aleera stood easily, and glanced between the two. "Well, I hate to break you up, but Akila and I should probably get going." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"oh yeah." Akila didn't want to go back, but she had to. She didn't know whether or not to kiss or hug him in front of Aleera. Probably not, right? It was confusing... She'd never had any sort of relationship, let alone one as unique as theirs.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Markus grinned and gave Akila a one armed hug. "See you girls around." He told them, then walked off. Without even looking like he was trying, he melted into the crowd. He was gone in seconds. "Come on Akila. Much as I hate it, we'd best get back before he starts ranting and roaring." She sighed and headed back to the inn. "How's your ankle?" She asked, glancing down at it. The paste was beginning to chip off, showing unmarked skin beneath it. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Aches a little, but it's much better," Akila assured her, before taking Aleera's hand, "Yeah, let's go." She was smiling widely again, like she had been two nights previous.
Clorogne was up and sitting at his desk. Unnerved by Aleera's disappearance. He hoped he hadn't driven her away, she was special. Akila was replaceable, but the Seer was not.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera chuckled and smiled. "Good. Glad to see you're in a good mood." She told the girl teasingly. She lead the way back to the Inn and up the stairs. She slipped into Clorogne's room, quiet in case he was still sleeping. "Ah! Good morning!" She greeted him cheerfully as she saw him at the desk. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Akila smiled brightly, not bothering to hide it now, "Yep." although, when Aleera went to Clorogne, Akila went straight to her room and began brushing her hair and humming merrily.
Clorogne turned quickly to see her, "My dear, where have you been?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera smiled reassuringly at Clorogne. She held up the bag on her arm. "I went to the market. I thought you might like a real breakfast rather than the stuff they serve here." She told him easily. She turned her back to him, setting the bag on a table and began pulling things out - A couple small loaves of bread, some fresh soft cheese to spread on it, a bunch of sliced meats, etc. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera leaned back into the hold, looking up at him. She smiled, as if pleased by his words. "I do try." She murmured. "I want to make sure you're getting the best of everything." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Well. My affairs are in order... And I haven't been out in a while. How about we go to the marketplace and you can pick out anything you want." She had him totally whipped, it would seem.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Aleera beamed up at him. "Really? Thank you!" She kissed his cheek, then turned her attention back to the food. "But first, you need breakfast." She cut the loaves, filling them with cheese and meat before handing one to Clorogne. The tiger that should be....isn't....
