well you can go so the liquid diet. my friend is buff just becuse he doesnt eat solids and works out...i hate the idea personally..

Also there is the tape worm diet I hear that is all the rage lately.

Tis me!! Finally... Although this one is from my senior year of high school.. My dad has a scanner and actually sent them to me! I should be able to take some with my camera phone soon though.. Anywhoo..
