This only happened a few hours ago. He may not have re-logged on since then, or he may have entered a false birthday. (It apparently asked random people to verify their birthday today) Note that everyone's birthday has dissapeared from their profiles.

Not really, the site is for 13 year olds and older, so anyone who is younger than that technically the site isn't intended for.

Still, they allowed them to play and EVEN knew some of the mods/helpers were under aged.
At least Myspace they only allow you to sign up as 13 or older.
Now I got to check on all these friggin mules.

It can be over riden, all you got to really do is sign in with an older age.
