I meditate a lot. My problem is when I am told to vizualize something, whatever I vizualize fades, spins, changes shape/form, or moves its way out of my mind. And when I pretend to be somewhere as some meditations ask for, I am forced/pulled into direction I don't want to go. That happens a lot in my dreams too. Any idea what this could be?

Plus, I vizualize better with my eyes opened then clsoed. Why is that?

I visualize better with my eyes open too. Sometimes I've experienced dreams of someone I have a soul bond with while I was awake.(Only for like a minute.) And I've seen their surroundings like that before too.

In my experience, it's best to clear your mind entirely, then focus on whatever you want to achieve or do. 3nodding
