About the baby...
Jimmy's tentacles don't necessarily have "semen", but they do contain seeds which can be inserted inside of a host. The seed is then shot inside the womb of the host via the tentacle that finds the happy spot. Then the host will then have the tentacle baby grow inside of her until it's ready to come out and live life to the fullest. The process is most painful when it slithers out of the... womanhood, but I'm sure it's less painful than having a human baby.

I forgot to add to this that the most recent comic #4 was incredibly hot... extremely.
