You can take your rage out on GTA IV.
Theres going to be like 50 people on one sidwalk at a time, that would end up slowing down a car. xd

Sakura-Kyoukan GTA IV was Vice City GTA V was San Andreas do you mean GTA VI? No, their calling the new GTA GTA IV. Thats the official name. Its taking place in Liberty City again so its a true sequal.
