I think it's a matter of preference.
I prefer to close my eyes, because then there is nothing visual to distract me other than pure darkness.
Although, sometimes my eyelids simply droop and (usually) twitch. Which is why I try to avoid doing any of my practises with anyone around. I'm sure I look quite strange like that. xd

yeh... guild chats been kinda slow lately. plus i was kinda busy. anyways im back =) i should have more time bc im only working 1 day a week now due to management being jerks.
