"Pity." Marco said with a small shrug as they began walking down the streets.
Calista skipped ahead a little, seeming in a brighter mood, occasionally stopping to catch a snowflake on her tongue.
Amaya hung back with Adrian, her right arm hooked in his, seeming content with their calm pace as they followed shortly behind Marco.

"So should I ask just how many shirts you've spontaneously ripped due to shadow arm?" Adrian teased as he smiled down at Amaya.

"Enough." Amaya sighed, not wanting to try and think up the total number at the moment. "That's half the reason I stopped wearing shirts with sleeves." She muttered

"You could try for that funky 'one sleeve' look." Adrian suggested. "At least you'd only be half as cold." he said bringing his free hand around to rub her arms to try and warm her up a little.

"It's only cold in the winter. I mean, I'm paying attention enough by the time I put on a jacket to be able to wear one." She said with a shrug, leaning into him a little for comfort and warmth as they walked.

"Well hopefully I've got enough down to keep us both warm." Adrian said wrapping his wings around them. "And like I said, I'm from Nevada while you've been here for a few years now. You're not allowed to complain about the cold."

A grin rose to Amaya's lips as she walked with him. "Psh, I'm a New Yorker now. Complaining is my entire existence." She teased.

"I'm calling BS because you haven't complained about me yet." Adrian said with a grin.

"Give it time." Amaya teased with a wink as they entered the studio and went up the stairs. It was a typical designer studio, a large open room with some mannequins, a few of them modified for typical mutations, along with large bolts of fabric around and what not.
"Welcome to my studio." Marco said with a small smile as he turned to them.
Calista grinned and ran to a small, beagle sized dog that came running towards her. It was a scruffy mop of a dog, but it barked happily, dancing at the little girl's feet as it dropped a toy there.

"Either you've been here a lot or he really likes people." Adrian said with a small chuckle seeing Calista already playing with the dog.

"A bit of both." Marco said with a smile as he took their jackets and hung them up on a coat rack nearby. "Now Adrian, if you step over to my measurement area here, we can get started on getting you some proper clothes." He told him as he walked over to the table with all the measuring tape.

"Any chance I could convince you to fix up the shirts I do have?" Adrian asked as he walked over. "My handiwork is obviously crap if I need things custom made."

"I can try." Marco told him with a shrug as he began moving him about to take the measurements he needed. "It really all depends how badly you tore them up."

"Well, see for yourself." Adrian said nodding his head at his back and the two wonky holes that had been cut out for his wings.

Marco looked over the holes with a cringe, taking a few seconds before shaking his head. "Anything I tried to do would just feel uncomfortable to your wings." He explained.
