	It only hurts if it really needs to be done, like if I haven't done it in a while... Like I say, I just stiffen my neck and tilt my head.

	I get that problem from time to time, the stiffness and trouble moving that is. I have bone on bone contact in my left ankle, and when I crack that ankle it sounds like I'm breaking my leg. If I try to crack my right ankle or even if I roll it, I get a very nasty pain that shoots through that ankle for the next few minutes. I'm also missing a shoulder and have about 2 - 3 cracked ribs on the right side of my rib cage that refuse to heal correctly. I was going to make a joke out of the stiffness comment, but decided against it. I get stiffness 2 - 3 times a night, but a little bit of rubbing clears that problem up in no time >_> <_<

	I have a Bone on Bone contact in the right hand side of my Jaw. I can crack it loudly and people can hear it down a 30 metre corridor. Unlimitedly!! x
