I was looking through clans for Ukyo jutsu, and a lot of it is crossed off. What does that mean? : O Also, where can I find the jutsu where you can draw things to life? Trying to add my first starting techinque, if I'm doing it correctly.xd
The reason most are crossed off is because they are not found yet. Anything B - rank and above. Choujuu Giga I believe is what it is, and right now it's B - rank, but I'm dropping it to C - rank.
Starting Techniques cannot be a Bloodline technique. That said, if you start in a Hub (see Time Skipping Shenanigans), you'll be able to learn it right away.
