The wraith's claws dug deep into his flesh, the serpents biting down as well. With a smirk, he let's go of the rafter, immediately dropping out of his pursuer's range of attack. He pulled the girl up as they fell, wrapping his arms around her and holding her up so she was not injured as they fell to the ground. rolled along with her for but a moment, then sprung up, taking her to the room and tossing her onto the blankets, relocking it before turning to face the wraith. "...You're really starting to piss me off..."

Artemis heard something in her room and flies back to find Lin on the floor.
"I told you to not to go anywhere! That's the reason why I told you to stay so you won't cause any more trouble!"
Artemis sighs and puts her left thumb and finger across her forehead, looking down.
"The important thing is that you're safe now. The thing is, how to keep you out of this mess," she thought outloud to herself. Her face lights up as if she an an idea, goes to the rafters, and sauders the rafters and the ceiling together with her index finger while she covered her mouth from the fumes.
"Try to ecape through that, little one. One sniff, and you'll be dead."
Artemis just realized that not only sealed Lin in, but her self as well.
"..Well, That was clever," she said realizing what she had just done.

Artemis looked at Lin and said with a sarcastic tone at first, "No really?" then her tone changed to a tone with irritation. " Of course I know he's out there! I'm trying to think of a way for me to get out without you getting involved in this shitty situation called a 'rescue mission!'" Artemis went over to bed and sat in it, sighing with fustration. For once in her life, Artemis had no idea or plan on how to get the man out of his situation. She gets up and goes to Lin and gives her a sword-like weapon with strange-looking scribbles across the blade in pure-gold.
"First of all, what's your name? That would be very useful, espcially if wer'e going to go do something as insane as this. Second, Do you know how to use a sword or have had any experinces with one before you came here? I'm asking you this because you're going to help me get the guy. This sword is extremely powerful. If you get hurt, this will heal you immediately, no matter how bad the wound is."

(( sweatdrop Yeah it is, I just realized it. Let's just say it can heal, but not like poisonous or extremely deep cut wounds, like wounds that pertrude though the body, or amputation. Fair? Or we can lose the healing abilities? Either way, it's a weapon for her to use, and I'm cool with that. 3nodding ))

"Alright Lin," she said to herlself so she won't forget the name, "And I'm not expecting Samurai moves, unless you can pull it off. Here's what we're going to do: I'm going to dissolve the door away with my toxic.." As Artemis was trying to describe her ability, she moves her hands in a wied motion, she continues, "Thing that I have, and you Must cover your mouth, unless you want to die within a minute. You have to stay close to me at all times, no matter how much you are tempted to save the man. you can help, but no more miss herione stuff from you, got it?" Artemis looks at Lin stright in the eye for a few seconds, and then continues. "After the door dissolves, You going to jump on my back and ride until we get to our destination. from there, you will hide behind me. Next, I'll try and distract the psycho-path while you get the man back to this room safely."

After Artemis was finished melting the door, first thing she did was grab the nearest metal table to her room so when they all come back in, she had something to melt and to make another door. After Lin had hopped onto Artemis' back, she flew into the direction of the older man and the psycho-path mainiac.
"keep your sword out, just incase something might come flying at us. Take alot of caution," She told the frightened Lin.
"I'm also suprised that you are willing to help out someone who tried to eat you," Artemis said, trying to help Lin to calm down, and she tried to be friendly torwards her, sort of making it up to Lin when she yelled at her. Artemis really doesn't like to yell at people and when she does so, she immediately feels guilty.

Artemis followed The direction where Lin was point in and set her down.
"hey, I'd love to tell you and I will, but not now because wer'e currently in a rescue mission. I'll tell you when we get back into the room," she tell her calmly. The she brabs a small, blunt, rock-like object and screams to the wraith, "HEY! WHY DON'T YOU PICK ON SOMEONE WHO HAS THE SAME STRENGTH AS YOU?!" Right after she said this, she chucked the rock at his head as hard as she could.
"Get ready, 'cause I think I pissed him off," she murmured to Lin as she gets her claws and fangs ready.

He waited patiently to see what the wraith's next offensive might be. He notices, suddenly, a large object comes careening towards the wraith from the corner of his eye. He quickly twirled around, expecting to see an accomplice, or even the wraith himself using some form of illusion, ready to strike him from behind. All he saw however, was the creature and the girl. What the hell is she doing here? he wondered, frozen in place, his back towards the wraith, vulnerable...

"Right!" Lin replied as she sprinted towards the man. She grabbed his arm and pointed to the staircase which led back to the room.

"Artemis said to go back there!" Lin exclaimed as she drug him towards that direction.
