Her smile brightened as she dodged with a quick sharp turn before straightening out towards the goal posts. Mira had missed, she had to check the quaffle was still in her hands just to be sure. She tossed a casual glance over her shoulder as she veered in zigzag formation whenever she felt that an opposing chaser was gaining on her, or a beater seemed to have their eyes trained on her back. When she was sure she had an opening, she called out Benjamin's name and tossed the quaffle to him to try and score.

  Location: Pitch - Quidditch Try-outs Damn... She missed. Mira chased after Camila again and when she called out to Benjamin that's when she looked between the two of them. She was not letting him get a whole of that ball end of story. Racing towards the quaffle she tried to grab it in mid air before Benjamin could get his hands on it.Status: I hate him... Shoot! She bit back a short string of curses once she realized that Mira had stolen the ball from Benjamin. And so quickly, too. She wasn't sure if Ben had ever even caught it. She hadn't missed the banter exchanged back and forth between the two, but of course, it was near impossible to hear anything than a few single syllables carried on the wind. Still, it made her curious. Not enough so to make her falter, though. She spun in from the east and spiraled downward for an attempt to steal from Mira.

Chaser (Silver Team) Currently: STEALING FROM Mira Mitchell Posts to Goal: XXX/3 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Benjamin had been reaching out for the quaffle that Camila passed to him when Mira managed to snatch it away in time and Benjamin narrowed his eyes as he pushed forward, but Camila had beat him to stealing form Mira and... she was sucessful. Ha! Pain in the arse Mira Mitchell could take that. Seriously, Timothy was way too much of a pushover to want to deal with the pain called Mira. Granted there was way worse girls to deal with-especially in Slytherin-but still... she was obnoxious. Well, so was Benjamin, but that was him-he felt he was allowed to be obnoxious when others weren't. In him it was endeering. Or so he liked to think. And if someone didn't like it, like he cared. He decided to fly at the ready to help Camila if she needed it-though the older girl seemed to be doing fine on her own. Translation: {OoC}

Location: Pitch - Quidditch Try-outs When Mira grabbed the quaffle before Benjamin could get his hands on it she was super happy. However her possession was short lived when Camila stole it back from her. Rushing back towards the older girl Mira wanted the quaffle back. The last thing she wanted to hear was her sister was better at this then she was. Granted she was, but yeah Mira was a beater she didn't do this chasing thing. Ashley nodded to Dmitri and wasup in the air as soon as he heard and saw the game begin. He stayed back a bit, knowing that he needed to observe as well as work on the newer players. A slight smirk erupted as he noted his chance to test them out though. Leaning forward, he shot toward Camila, knowing she was the more experienced one, and knowing that she needed as much practice as the others. He reached out, trying to see if he could get the quaffle from the girl.

With a short lived victory, Camila pouted when she was forced to rip the handle of her broom backwards and swivel on a dime to chase after the quaffle. It seemed the vice-captain had finally decided to throw himself into the game. It was about time, too. Her hair whipped at her face as she tore through the sky; somewhere the beaters were lurking and it was crucial she kept up with them. As she loomed closer and closer, she swept under beneath Ashley to try and rise up from an angle and punch the quaffle out of his grasp, and then try to manage catching it—if she was lucky.

Oh! And it couldn't have worked better! She managed to deck the red ball right out of Ashley's grasp, barrel rolled to catch it upside down and zoomed off in the opposite direction to shake him off her tail. She whirled around, plummeted several feet in case a beater decided to target her and then raced down the pitch with the quaffle tucked under one arm.

Running is a thing for quidditch now? To Yvonne, this was a logical fallacy, for the legs are practically useless in this sport. Sure, perhaps her trunk muscles will do her good for stability issues (or for when she wants to leap off of her broom in a dramatic re-enactment of someone diving from the blast of an explosion), but running would sap her energy more than she would've liked. The girl would've rather done some sit-ups or push-ups, not that those were any better: They were more beneficial to her as a beater, for the more important muscles are her upper body ones.
Ugh.
Time to beat up some underclassmen. Who was her most important enemy right now? The chasers? Does she dare send a bludger crashing towards their captain? The answer was obvious: That little shrimp of a third year with a bat. With her target found, she maneuvered around the pitch such that her position would give her the most advantage, and swung her bat, aiming at Gunilda.
