"No, you just shouldn't have to be. At least not as tired as you have been." Adrian said as he leaned against the counter once the table was clear. "I know being a single parent's a tough job and all, but you're not a single parent anymore, so you can take it a little easier now." he said with a smile.

"Yeah, and loving you also means helping out with Calista. They're practically interchangeable." Adrian said before giving her a soft kiss. "Your fans may be fine but me and Calista won't. I'm here now, you can stop working so hard."

"Woman, I will keep you hostage in bed." Adrian said with a grin as he pulled her into his arms. "And I'll keep you there until you're not tired and no longer want to do anything remotely considered work. I will force you to take a vacation."

Amaya laughed, jumping off the counter now and heading over to the living room to go see what Calista was up to. "It's not late enough for bed time yet." She teased, shaking her head as she walked away.

"Time powers. Seriously. They can make a cure, you'd think they'd have developed some mutant concoction for government use or something. Hell, the Hot Topic crowd would probably treat mutations as the next big trend." Adrian said following her out to the living room.
