I should have been put in a psyche ward long ago.

They arn't fun. My uncle went to one once...... it wasn't a good place to be. The people there are just to....to.... wrong..... not good place to be......

I've gone there before. This place is worse because they use ECT when meds don't work. My mom is serious about getting me a psycologist. Depression takes a large toll on someone's life.

...perhaps a spell of affirmation would help? It's pretty simple:

Take a piece of paper and write "I will feel better." or the desired effect 10 times every day or as needed.

I'll write a ritual later. To tired right now. Coffee makes me tired, and then I get really hyper. Magic isn't the solution to everything, and it isn't a replacement for common sense, but it sure can help.
