The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Zar squawked, clearly not happy. He tapped his beak on the paper, wanting her to write more. He fluttered to her shoulder, tugging lightly on a strand of her hair before hopping back to the desk. He tapped the paper once more. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Bwah! What do you want me to write?" She tugged on a lock of her own hair, and looked to the bird again, "A report? A statement? Something random?"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Zar cawed three times in answer to her question. He didn't care what she wrote. He just wanted her to write. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Okay...um... " she started writing again, 'Crows are beautiful birds.' a little flattery for Zar.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Zar cawed happily. That was better. He leaned over her writing, tapping on individual letters. A......B.....C......D......He was tapping out the alphabet, as much as he could with that little statement. He looked up at Akila and warbled happily. Given the alphabet written out, he could tap out his own messages. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Oh, That's cool!" Akila exclaimed happily, and sat back, "Wait just a second." She wrote out the alphabet on a separate sheet of paper, "For whenever you feel like you need to tell me something, and I'm being stupid and don't know what you mean."

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Zar cheeped happily. He moved over to the new sheet of paper, tapping out 'yes'. He fluttered his wings, happy that Akila figured it out. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Akila smiled, "Good...oh, and I'll add some common words on the bottom." and she wrote, 'the', 'and', they', 'he', and 'she'.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Zar preened his glossy black feathers, looking proud of himself. He moved to the paper, tapping out a sentence. "Aleera teach crows." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"She really taught you guys a lot, didn't she?" Akila ran her fingers through Zar's feathers.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Zar cheeped in agreement. He spread his wings, letting Akila preen the feathers. He seemed to sigh and relax, the action much the same as Markus when someone played with his feathers. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"It must be a bird thing." Akila thought out loud, and nodded to herself.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Zar cooed softly to himself, letting Akila preen his feathers.
Aleera finished readying herself, then ordered breakfast, carrying the tray to Clorogne's room where she knocked on the door. She was dressed in much like her normal one, but deep green rather than black. It seemed to shine bright green when the light caught it just right. Upon her head, she was wearing the gold and emerald headdress Clorogne bought her. "I brought breakfast." She called out to him. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"My dear, we've got a slave for that." Clorogne opened the door, wearing a pair of black slacks and an open white button up top, However, he stepped to the side, allowing her to come in with the tray, "You look beautiful, by the way."

Aleera chuckled lightly. "I know. But this way we don't have that thing disrupting us. Besides, I had the inn staff bring it up to me, so all I've done is carry it across the hall." She told him with a smile, setting the tray down on the desk.
