Januff came back out, bags in tow. "When you figure out where you want to eat, I can settle Tamu down with those carrots you got her."

Januff looked at him, "Well I think I've been doing considerably well under the circumstances. Or did you forget that I've killed things beside animals the past few days? One of them happening to be my fiance'?" she eyed him, ear twitching.

Januff stared at him, then stopped to settle down Tamu as she nervously snorted. The yelling had startled the horse. "I don't see why." she said quietly, stroking Tamu's neck. 'You don't owe me a thing."

Januff sighed and fed Tamu a carrot, then stiffened at Leo's words. "All the more reason for me to leave." she said on an out ward breath, beginning to walk again at a brisk pace.
