New Orleans is already under water, just the shitty walls keep the water out. (It is under sea level already, I believe it always has been. REALLY stupid with the whole 'common target for wimp-a** hurricanes. My god, a level 3... oooo rolleyes Sure, it was a category 3 that broke the levees, but that is just idiocy as well. )
TSN - He choose someone with no world politics experience, when he whines about experience being good, for a job that at least used to be for a foreign relations person. (Foreign policy =/= relations. Relations=attending funerals and such.) Besides, she's too much a model Republican... if they wanted someone that perfect she should have been the P pick and McCain the VP pick... :/

and she may not be quite qualified fo president plus SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE PRESIDENT, STUPID. YOU HAVE TO WANT IT BEFORE THEY'LL LET YOU RUN FOR IT.
And no, honestly, when the job of the Vice President is mainly to preside over the senate, there is no requirement that she be well versed in foreign relations or policy and BTW relations does NOT mean attending funerals, you dumbass. |

well, i've never been afraid to get shot...
angel, how can you LIKE this woman??? she's COMPLETELY anti-abortion, wants to drill for oil EVERYWHERE, and just a few months ago said that she DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE VP DOES AND ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD EXPLAIN IT TO HER! she actually said that she didn't think they do any work and that she's "used to being busy" so the job probably wouldn't suit her.
and, to tsn, YES ITS IMPORTANT FOR HER TO HAVE EXPERIENCE AND BE WELL VERSED IN FOREIGN POLICY AND JUNK! while her primary job is to cast the deciding vote in the senate, her OTHER job is to be there if the president takes a dirt nap, and with mccain and his oldness, she very well may have to step up ((of course, this is only if the republicans win, and i hope that they won't)).
however, i agree that experience isn't as important as attitude in this line of work, and it worries me that she has that same stupid, isolationist attitude of "well, we can't talk to korea or iran because they're TERRORIST countries!"
THAT line of reasoning won't get us anywhere but into wwIII.

i think her nomination is a cheap, pandering move by mccain. i think they're hoping women are idiots and all the women who wanted to vote for hildog will just fall in line for this other b***h.
its shameful, its wrong, and its just another reason why i HATE the republican party lately...((growing up, i LOVED them, but lately, yeesh...))
