Skillful Performance with the Elemental Arts: Pending. There are two abilities to this technique. The first is to passively use handseals through a puppet. That's more of a PA than a passive, but as a passive it would have to cost an additional chakra to mold chakra through. The second ability, however, where you can make this seal which makes jutsu fire off of the puppet, is completely approved. I actually like the seals for that purpose. They give the technique a lot of flavor.

Utu's Scorch: It can be approved, but what is this jutsu really doing? Like, it's an extra activation and cost to remove heat immunity? Is there a hazard you're trying to supercede? Why not just make this technique passive? Have it cost like, +10 chakra per fire jutsu and be fine. If you're fine with it then cool

Description: This skill is one of her more powerful custom attacks, in that it has the potential to totally flatten and crush an area and everything in it. The user raises their hands to the sky and holds it for one post to charge. If allowed to continue, there will be a large white circle that will go out for 15 meters, this outline reveals itself in the second post above the target area, which requires that the Deva Path be able to see. If allowed to continue after that, the user drops their hands and everything within that circle is crushed absolutely. The result is a crater in the ground and the attack will be instantaneous upon the third post.

Description: A flagship ability of Falsa when she is acting solo. For A rank chakra, the user of this skill may create an invisible clone of themselves. This clone may be detected by any chakra sensing ability at a distance, but remains invisible to non-sensory opponents until it enters a certain radius. This cloneis able to disguise itself from even those with sensory abilities and dojutsu should they be lower than A rank. This clone is unable to use any form of jutsu, but has heightened physical capabilities, using formless attacks only, and carying a mild boost to strength and speed.

As said before, there is a range rule on these clones. If a clone comes within twenty feet of an opponent, it will begin to come into view, as a near-invisible outline more than anything else. Once it gets within five feet of the opponent, it shall become completely visible, no matter who the opponent is. As the clone is reserved only to basic punches and kicks, this ensures that it will always be within the view of the opponent. Mainly used as a surprise attack for an opponent wishing to physically overwhelm the Rinnegan user, or to attack targets who try to play the range game without sufficient awareness. The clones may withstand one attack of their rank before fading away, making them useful as a one-use shield as well. A total of three clones may exist at any time. Up to twice per fight, the user may switch with one of their clones, and follows the rules of substitution.

Tartarus: Pending. Song pointed out that, even though in the second paragraph it says that it can only do kicks and punches, that the first paragraph implies it can do all formless, which include weapon techniques. Just clarify that to be more cohesive. Second of all is what I noticed is that this is a custom technique, which means that it needs a duration of how long it last. Since it's an A-ranked technique, I believe it can only last up to ten post. Finally, something we were both playing around with is the idea of if this is a deva path ability or not. It seems more like outer path since it's purposefully manipulating chakra into a form. That one is more willing to be debated, however.

Technique Name: Mokuton: Kienai no Kami, "Unseen Wood God" [見えない木の神]

Element: Mokuton
Description: Kienai no Kami utilizes the genetic properties of Mokuton to shift Shinsei's body into a malleable conduit for wood. With any somatic gesture and with high precision and speed, Shinsei's body can release several wooden appendages that will typically take on different forms, depending on the purpose. This can include releasing bladed tendrils, slicing ribbons, gnarled talons or even simply jagged wooden spikes from his body. In addition to this, this malleability allows him to shift the genetic structure of his body -- using his own Senju genetics -- to a chakra dispersing, flexible array of wooden ribbons that can bat off techniques according to their rank. As a downside, using this technique as a variable defense has the high risk of being immediately and directly damaged if the defense is to fail.

Description: While Moeru Tamashi is active, the user may utilize this taijutsu skill. The increased heat is focused into the fist of the user as they strike at their foe. From their fist upon full extension of the attack, a gale of burning hot wind is released that spirals around it's target, engulfing them. If this technique is used with 3 or more posts of duration for the Moeru Tamashi technique, the user may form a hand sign after the target is consumed by the flesh melting wind. This hand sign causes the wind to ignite and create a lotus like blossom of flame that stems from the target's location and stretches twenty five feet in each direction.

Description: Masato uses his elemental affinity for fire to turn it inward on himself rather than striking out at opponents. Increasing his body temperature to burn away the remaining fats in his body and increase his physical abilities. Additionally, the increase in temperature tempers his muscles and loosens them for their maximum usage. When this is performed, Masato's reflexes, strength and speed are supremely increased while contacting his body physically causes scalding third degree burns and leave painful blisters. This temperature may be sustained for six posts before it is released harmlessly around the user.

Description: Through mastery of the Asura Path's Armaments of Ruin skill the user obtains the ability to also create ranged mechanical armaments too. All projectiles fired from these created launchers are physical and utilize the user's Crossbow formless when calculating damage and collision with other techniques. Costs an extra B-rank amount of chakra to change to the Asura Path when using the Path Change ability. This effect only augments the Armaments of Ruin technique and is only active while the aforementioned technique is in use.

Technique Name: Binding Ritual

Technique Name: Greater Will Materialization - Truth Seeking Orbs [Blood Bender Free Custom]

Description: When the Outer Path is accessed through the Path Change ability up to six, dense, fist-sized, black spheres appear. These spheres hover at a fixed distance behind their creator's back and form an evenly arranged circular formation. They are composed of a perfect balance of all five elemental natures. Creates one [1] Truth Seeking Orb per body rank. The orbs each count for an S-rank amount of potency when clashing with other techniques. Costs an extra S-rank amount of chakra to change to the Outer Path when using the Path Change ability. They can be controlled to move no further than seventy [70] meters away, and any further than this causes the orb(s) to become inactive and unresponsive. Each orb can be reshaped into another form with no more surface area than the user's body; for every additional orb combined the size limits are increased by 100%. They retain that form permanently or until changed again which will cost the user an additional amount of chakra to do. Cannot separate the orbs into smaller portions than when they were created. Up to two commands can be issued to each or all of the Truth Seeking Orbs per use of this technique.

Description: The Outer Path allows the user to transmit their chakra to any of their Black Chakra Receivers. Bodies that come into prolonged contact (at least one post for longer than an instance) with a Black Chakra Receiver can have their movements bound and and potentially controlled by the creator's chakra. Simply touching the receiver for the minimum amount of time will cause the victim to suffer a debilitating shock to their system, immobilizing them for one following post. If contact is maintained then the victim will remain immobile until contact is broken; they will need one post afterward to recover the ability to move their body again.

Technique Name: Absolution [Blood Bender Free Custom]

Element: Rinnegan (Outer Path)
Description: The Outer Path allows the user to transmit their chakra to any of their Black Chakra Receivers. This technique particularly targets any Black Chakra Receiver(s) that are imbedded into the flesh of another being. The chakra transmitted through this technique will seize control of the target one post after this technique's activation; the user must pay an amount of chakra equal to the intended victim's body rank. The only ways to counter this are to exert an amount of chakra during this preparation time equal to the amount used to attempt controlling them, per Black Chakra Receiver; otherwise, the imbedded Black Chakra Receiver(s) have to be removed or destroyed (simultaneously if more than one).

One for All: Denied. There's no ability for the sharingan to do the same thing, which is the closest thing to compare it to. I think this would be more of a PA than a custom.

Greater Soul Sensing: Denied, as it invalidates sensor class.

Greater Ascension: Approved.

Greater Naraka Restoration: Denied, as it invalidates medical class.

Truth Seeking Balls: Denied. Paying an S-ranked amount of chakra should not be able to create multiple objects which each can negate an S-ranked technique.

Truth Seeker's Will: Denied.

Omnipresence: Pending. Just state that you need to pay equal chakra to the technique to break the paralysis.

Absolutism: Approved.

Description: Upon reaching the final peak of his abilities, through mastery of his bloodline with the development of the Rinne-Sharingan as well as of his abilities as the Nanabi's host upon reaching the Jinchuuriki level of control, Sandayu can undergo this training to be able to most effectively blend the bijuu's chakra with all of his complex and spiritual techniques and abilities. Although, doing so costs Sandayu an additional half of the augmented technique. Must retrain any technique desired to be used in this manner and new techniques take an extra post to learn to apply this effect to them.

Element: Light
Description: A rather straightforward Kuuton attack, Belamos will use his Light Chakra to make himself appear blindingly bright. None will be able to look upon his visage without going blind for a period of two posts- double that if done with Dojutsu. The light case from this technique illuminates everything within 5 feet of him to this degree with bright illumination reaching a further 25 feet and normal illumination reaching an additional 30 feet past that. Lasts 2 posts before upkeep must be repaid.

Technique Name: Trick of the Light

Description: By bending the light around something, Belamos can make an object invisible temporarily. Inversely, he can make it appear like an object is somewhere where nothing truly is. Neither hiding nor creating an object will work if the subject is larger than a person. Belamos can also use this technique to make himself appear as another. Lasts 3 posts

Description: A technique modified by this augment can be carried via a sound made by the user, changing the technique's point of origin to anything within the range of the sound that carries it, handy for activating seals from afar and healing allies that can't be physically reached. This is an augment to a base technique, and so takes zero activations to use. The element/type of this augment for the purpose of chakra reductions and the like is determined by the base technique. Description: When used to modify a technique, this augment can create a copy of the technique, the cost of this augment equaling the base cost of the technique. All requirements must be met to use these techniques, ie Kagerou must be touching a desired target to use a copy of a touch-range technique on that target. When this augment is used multiple times to copy the same technique, all copies must be activated at the same time though they may have different targets and origin points. This is an augment to a base technique, and so takes zero activations to use. The element/type of this augment for the purpose of chakra reductions and the like is determined by the base technique. Multiple augments may be used on one technique. This augment can only modify techniques that are wholly paid for with chakra.

Technique Name: Wood Release: Flight of Boreal Anguish [ボアール怒りの飛行] Mokuton: Boāru Ikari no Hikō
Rank: B
Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu
Element: Mokuton
Description: Flight of Boreal Anguish crafts an arm of wood around the Senju's right arm, and a second arm - also of wood - atop the left shoulder. The arm crafted around his right appendage will then weave a bow of blighted wood, with arrows created equally in the same manner. The bow - and the arrows - are imbued as a part of the arm, and so are drawn back by the wooden arm crafted atop his left shoulder, specifically shaped to pull the bow back in a way that compounds the most force, hoping for each arrow to meet a velocity near terminal.

Each arrow fired by the bow costs B rank chakra to loose, as they are empowered by Mokuton energy to explode into an amalgamation of dense forestry upon making impact with any target, akin to the impact of - of course - a B rank jutsu. The arrows not only deal incredible damage at exceptionally high speeds, but create - instantly upon their impact - a vast quantity of forestry at the impacted location.

Note: This was already approved for Shinsei, but I would like for it to be a jutsu on the list, instead. It's a good foundational B rank.

Technique Name: Wood Release: Complexion of the Buddha; Hotoke no Kao [仏の顔]

Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu
Element: Mokuton
Description: Pressing their palms together, the Senju will craft a large wooden head in any direction around them, similar in appearance to the Laughing Buddha crafted in Senpo Mokuton. This Buddha-like head will then part its lips, and will guide any incoming attacks into its mouth. If they are of a rank lower, it will absorb them and seemingly use their energy to propel itself at the enemy at a rapid pace, opening its eyes as its expression contorts to a horrific and bloodthirsty visage. If of the same rank (unless overwhelming) or higher, it will consume the techniques only to explode into a flurry of wooden shards immediately afterwards.

Technique Name: Wood Release: Fluttering Wood Swallow; Habataki Tengu [羽ばたき天狗]
Rank: S
Type: Bloodline Ninjutsu
Element: Mokuton
Description: This technique was developed by a former Mokuton master, who equally delved into and adored many different styles of bukijutsu. The Senju will craft wooden wings upon their back, wholly non-functional, and a long wooden sword between their palms. Equally, a wooden mask will cover their face, save for their eyes. The Senju appears, then, much like a Tengu. Their stance will often shift into one with an extended sword-wielding arm, held to their side, as their legs spread far apart and they lower themselves to a point where their knees even with the horizon. Though the wings cannot fly, the chakra within the wings will propel the user and his movements at a speed one supreme rank higher. The wings can also be segmented off in parts to create more wooden blades, and can even be flung from the overarching wooden stem, the wooden segments used as lethal projectiles. This technique lasts for eight posts.

Element: Mokuton
Description: Official Description: The sealing technique which is used in Sage Mode, the user manifests a select number of massive red torii that fall down from above, in order to pin an intended target between the gate and the ground. The size and strength of these torii is such that they can even be used to immobilize the Ten-Tails. These torii are quite versatile and can be used in several different ways, this was displayed after Obito Uchiha became the beast's jinchūriki, Hashirama piled the torii atop one another in an attempt to increase their ability to immobilize the target. The exact number and size of the torii involved in this technique can vary dependent upon what the user specifies:
◾ Seal Ten (封十, Fūtō; Viz Ten Seals): Creates ten torii that can be used to pin several individual targets simultaneously.
◾ Seal Head (封頭, Fūtō; Viz Head Seal): Creates a single, large torii, intended to pin the target's neck beneath it, so as to immobilize their head.

Note: I know that this jutsu is already in the Senjutsu list. However, I really think it should be a Mokuton technique. It is even a Senpo jutsu that Hashirama used in his Senpo Mokuton sage mode, and we've never seen a non-Senju use it. The gates are even made of wood. lol. Also, a quick note. I'm making more jutsu for the list because most of the Mokuton jutsu on the list are really useless for application in combat. They're stuff like building houses, or getting rid of a jinchuuriki's demon cloak. It's just... outdated stuff mostly.

Since you have customs that you want to put on the senju list, I'm going to allow Kerron to handle your techniques. I will say that everything aside from the last technique is approved. Your last technique needs to remove canon descriptions before I look at it again. Of course if Kerron approves it then I'll back off.
