                        Personality: :: Sincere :: She ultimately means well in all aspects of life and encourages others to do the same. Seiichi adheres to a strict code of conduct about how he presents himself to people. He's polite, waiting his turn to speak, allows others rooms to experience their lives and offers help if needed. Her allies speak of his nurturing ways, even if a tad quiet when compared to most other people.

                        :: Insecure :: Hidden behind her veil of an aspiring samurai, Seika remains somewhat anxious about her skills compared to most others. The death of her brother still weighs heavy in her mind and doubt still surrounds him about matching his skill. The girl harbors some worry about what others think of her body, based solely on being very different from her brother in terms of her build. Instead of being muscular, tall and imposing, Seika is rather less so. Her hair is somewhat long and shaggy, her build is more lean and wide, and she's barely pushing past 5'9". This leaves her with a sore spot concerning his body to other people.

                        Biography: Seiichi was the youngest sibling of the Shimamoto family under the Seiryu clan. His older brother, Kenji, had been among the samurai who proudly served under the banner and took care of him for as long as he could recall. The two of them stayed with their aunt after their parents had met an untimely fate in one of many conflicts with the yokai. For a time, Seiichi would live in his brother's shadow and praise the boy's efforts from high heavens. Seiichi had dreamed of joining his brother of the battlefield one day, their swords clashing against enemy steel in defense of their home. Every so often, Kenji would return with tales of adventure and even some souvenirs at time. During this time of growth, Seiichi would join his aunt in running her restaurant as one of the many cooks while practicing his swordplay in secret. It wasn't until recent that the attack upon the Seiryu Castle would bring with it a piece of grave news. Kenji had been among those whom had defected, much to his younger brother's dismay. Seiichi and his aunt had been taken into safety alongside a small portion of their clan for safety.

                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class: Bukijutsu
                        ▱▰▱ JuggernautThe user suffers no restrictions of movement or drawbacks from any armor tier they wear and it requires no slot consumption from the Inventory System. In addition, armor they are actively wearing are increased by two ranks in durability and techniques that are increased in effectiveness against armor do not gain that bonus against the user. The user gains a [+1] stats boost to strength and endurance. Once every three posts, the user is able to defend an attack without paying an action for the technique, instead spending it upon an offensive action if the user chooses.
                        Second Class: Bukijutsu
                        ▱▰▱ ExpertThe user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, the katana. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. With a minimum of 5 chakra or stamina paid.

                        ▱▰▱ Specialization:If this class is taken as the first and second class, then the user takes 2 disciplines from this class and an additional bukijutsu style. These masters of their arts are able to have a 1 point increase in their stats cap of 8 making it 9. In addition, they gain one of the following Specialization options. Only 1 can be chosen.

                        Dedicated Disciple: A disciple who chooses to specialize in a small number of their class's arts. Limiting themselves to three of their class's styles, granting overwhelming in all three styles up to S Rank. Any additional slots that would be awarded for their class's styles are converted into a 2 point increase in any stats of their choosing. In addition, these masters of their arts are able to have a 1 point increase to their 8 point stat cap making it 9. Styles granted from rewards may be learned but do not carry the overwhelming property and the user is capped out at 5 styles.

                        ▱▰▱ Book of Water | The user's complex sword strikes from styles as well as basic combat complex sword strikes can expel a thin five foot blade of water per rank of the technique that follows the path of the physical blade. In addition, the user gains access to 4 ninjutsu slots to be used for the Water Element only.
                        ▱▰▱ Gift of Perception | The clan's naturally keen sense of smell is not always the gift granted to the clansmen. Occasionally, the clan members are gifted a different sense to be heightened, multiplying the natural abilities of that sense by ten. This allows hearing to pick up on even muscle contractions and friction inside the body. Smell now gives away gender, body rank, class and killing intent as well as it's previous tells. Sight grants visibility to micro-movements of muscle groups, sight spanning the entire topic within a straight line. Genjutsu effecting the heightened sense are able to be detected upon being casted, causing one tier less in mental stress.
                        ▱▰▱ Second Current | The user is able to pick up the Tetsunami Ryu Bukijutsu for no cost to their slots. Techniques of both Tetsunami Ryu and the clan techniques have the range of their water's reach increased by 5 feet per rank bud does not effect the strength of the technique when interacting with other techniques

                        ▱▰▱ Flow Like Water | Through vigorous training, Seika is able to apply her Seiryu wave slashes from Book of Water to other styles of bukijitsu beyond swords.
                        ▱▰▱ Fluidity | Seika has a [1] rank reduction to techniques and stages when using techniques in the Reiken and Infinite Sword Style bukijitsu styles.
                        ▱▰▱ Undertow | While under the effects of the Drenched status effect, any techniques that have effects when underwater are treated as such.

                        This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) An S+ jutsu always requires a water source, even if the shinobi in question creates it first. In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of basic combat manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5]. Freely manipulated water in these cases are treated as though they were simple for interactions.

                        ▰ Trick of Water [ Mizu no Waruasobi ] | Rank E
                        The user channels chakra into their fingertips, saturating them as they perform a simple flick of their fingers at their target within ten feet, aiming at their eyes. If unblocked, this causes T1 blindness

                        ▰ Water Mirror Technique [ Mizu Kagami no Jutsu ] | Rank E
                        A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop or as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. Only lasts one [1] post unless an upkeep cost of the original cost is paid each post.

                        ▰ Water Sword [ Mizu no Yaiba ] | Rank E-B
                        Creates a sharp sword made of solid water reinforced with water chakra in the user’s hand for a single-use. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size they want the sword to have, from a side sword to a massive two-hander. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to at most make simple cuts in flesh while at its strongest power can cleave a man in two. At E-Rank, the water blade is at the length of a Wakizashi and procedurally grows longer in length per rank invested in this technique: E-Wakizashi, D-Katana, C-Nodachi, B-Zanbanto. This technique holds the strength of a technique equal to the amount of chakra invested in it. The Water Sword dissipates after it is used in an attack [May persist if a sustain of two ranks below the initial chakra cost is paid]. E-Rank at a minimum in all cases.

                        ▰ Breathing Underwater Technique [ Suimenka no Kisoku ] | Rank D Passive
                        The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique activates whenever the Shinobi breathes in water and requires no hand seals. This technique is passive in that it activates automatically when the shinobi's head is submerged underwater. However, it requires an upkeep of an E-Rank amount once active to continue past the first post - can be canceled at any time, and does not require an activation.

                        ▰ Hidden Mist Technique [ Kirigakure no Jutsu ] | Rank D
                        The Shinobi causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility causes T1 blindness allows the Shinobi to silently and secretly assassinate their target. The mist lasts [4] posts.

                        ▰ Mist Vision Technique [ Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu ] | Rank D Passive
                        A technique usually used with the Hidden Mist Technique, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through the heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist. When within a fog or mist, the user must use D-Rank chakra during the first post of use followed by an E-Rank amount as upkeep, this allows the user to see through all mist or steam as long as this is active regardless of rank. Does not consume an activation to be used. Negates any blindness status caused by moisture in the air.

                        ▰ Water Shield Technique [ Mizu Tate no Jutsu ] | Rank D-B
                        A barrier of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. The user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like. Through manipulation of the water, a variety of things such as spikes or hands can be formed out of the shield to help with warding off attacks. It can also be used as a starting point for most Suiton techniques. Techniques that use the shield's water as a source cost [1] rank less in chakra. The shield can be sustained for two ranks lower than its initial cost [ E at a minimum in all cases ].

                        ▰ Stormy Upheaval [ Haran Banshou ] | Rank C
                        The user will create a waterfall to slam into their target. This jutsu requires a source of water. First raises a pillar of water and then causes it to crash downward. The water pillar may defend against C-rank attacks or lower and continue to crash into the target thereafter.

                        ▰ Large Projectile [ Taihoudan ] | Rank C
                        By generating water in the mouth the shinobi spits it as a stream at his target before forming it into a sphere that spans thirty feet wide. Capable of demolishing small buildings rather easily as it has the same offensive power as a cannonball. Capable of breaking bones at full impact.

                        ▰ Water Column [ Suiun Suishi no Jutsu ] | Rank C
                        The Shinobi first does a string of hand seals, which causes a column of water to rise from a nearby water source. This Jutsu is the preferred method of fighting a nearby fire. This technique creates a water column which can then be sustained to defend against oncoming attacks of its rank and lower, can be manipulated into arcs. An E-Rank amount of chakra is the cost of the sustain per post.

                        ▰ Tornado of Water [ Mizu no Tatsumaki ] | Rank C
                        This technique creates a spinning water vortex around the Shinobi. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Remains for four posts without a required sustain. Will deflect attacks of C-rank or lower. Indiscriminate. If a target remains in the vortex for all four posts they become unconscious and suffer shell shock.

                        ▰ Water Prison Technique [ Suirou no Jutsu ] | Rank C
                        This technique utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The Shinobi forms the necessary hand seals which cause the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The Shinobi must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a clone technique, the Shinobi can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. An imprisoned target suffers from the suffocation status and may drown.

                        ▰ Waterfall Basin Technique [ Takitsubo no Jutsu ] | Rank C
                        The Shinobi will do the necessary hand seals to create a large volume of water. When this technique is used in conjunction with Earth Style Doryuu Jouheki a large waterfall is formed. Without the earth technique, it only summons natural water from the ground. Creates an A-ranked amount of water. This water can be drawn from for additional techniques and lowers their cost by one rank.

                        ▰ Water Demon’s Appetite [ Mizu Oni Kuike ] | Rank C
                        While the target is upon a body of water deep enough to submerge them the user forms the required hand signs, causing a formation of water that resembles a demon's head with razor sharp teeth to rise up and attempt to swallow them. Those swallowed by the being have their flesh shredded by the teeth of the demon as tier two suffocation is applied as well as tier two drench. If the target evades the attack, the user may hold this hand sign and apply an additional C rank amount of chakra to cause the demon's head to shoot a tongue that ensnares the target that is treated as B Rank for evasive purposes. If snared, the target is drawn back into the demon's head. This technique has an upkeep of five chakra per post.

                        ▰ Violent Water Wave [ Mizurappa ] | Rank C
                        After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent. Applies Tier 3 Drench.

                        ▰ Bullet [ Teppoudama ] | Rank C
                        After forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests a large amount of water in their mouth which they can then spit at their opponent as a thirty-foot spherical projectile. The bullet has a bone-breaking as well as bruising full impact. This technique applies Tier 3 Drench.

                        ▰ Water Encampment Wall [ Suijinheki ] | Rank B
                        The Shinobi will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a forty-foot water barrier from incoming attacks. The barrier can repel Shinobi, as well as Ninjutsu A-Rank or below and up to S-Rank Katon. This water wall also has no weakness to earth.

                        ▰ Water Fang Projectile [ Suigadan ] | Rank B
                        The Shinobi does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill that shoots straight up from its origin up to [40] feeet. This technique is unaffected by the Earth Weakness. The Water Fang can cause a deep impalement wound through the target's body.

                        ▰ Water Release: Pillar Encirclement [ Suiton: Hashira Kakomu ] | Rank B
                        The user creates four water pillars which then circle around the user as a protective barrier. Requires a source of water. Also acts as a viable source for other Suiton that need water sources, without degrading itself. Can block up to B-rank projectiles for up to six posts. Suiton techniques cast through the pillars cost one rank less in chakra.

                        ▰ Water Gathering Gorgon [ Suishuu Gorugon ] | Rank A
                        Suishuu Gorugon is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, the user will use their chakra to generate a mass of water. This can then be sent towards their target as a biting serpent. The technique can be manipulated to pursue a target requiring an activation but no sustain to do so. Making it difficult to dodge.

                        ▰ Sky and Water Convergence [ Suitenhoufutsu ] | Rank A
                        The Shinobi first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target. Creates a prison of water around a target that floats a few feet above the ground. The bubble pushes those caught in it toward the center, isolating them from outside elements. Prison lasts until target dies or it is broken. The victim will be subject to the suffocation status.

                        ▰ Grand Waterfall Technique [ Daibakufu no Jutsu ] | Rank A
                        After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the user and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water, the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy, as it pulls them away. This technique applies Tier 4 drench.

                        ▰ Raging River Force [ Gekiryuu Chikara ] | Rank A
                        The power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses. Additionally, this technique produces enough water to flood a topic with up to one foot of water. This technique is not subject to Doton Weakness.

                        ▰ Crashing Pillar of Heaven [ Ten no Gachan Hashira ] | Rank A
                        A skill in which the user begins to gather a wide amount of moisture from the air. Within the air, more and more water gathers, being materialized by the users chakra. Coming together, it makes a large pillar of water within the sky, often going unnoticed by the opponent. The user then waits for the opportune moment, and sends the pillar crashing down in order to smash the opponent in an incredible amount of force. Applies Tier 4 Drench.

                        ▰ Water Torrent Technique [ Suise no Jutsu ] | Rank A
                        The user creates a small torrent of water that moves along the ground at a high speed and can carry opponents away with it. If there is a sizable body of water nearby, or the user's Mizu Soujuu is up to the task, the size of the torrent can be quite large. Requires knowing Water Collision Destruction [Suishouha]. This is an upgrade of Suishouha, but takes its own slot and is not an augment. Creates over five times as much water as the S-ranked version and so can flood an entire topic up to [30] feet at once. Also, the technique floods into five nearby areas (topics in the same subforum) up to [5] feet. This technique applies Tier 4 Drench and can also cause drowning and therefore the suffocation status.

                        The user makes rain which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with anything. Breathing out, the light, darkening mist rain will spread over an area (topic), billowing upwards to prevent a jump's worth of height.                         In this common stone jutsu, the user converts part of the ground that they and their opponent are standing on into a raging avalanche of mud and earth. This technique requires a single hand seal to use, and may be continued for half its standard cost, rounded up if not a whole number, per post.

                        This technique requires no activaiton of it's own and is cast along side any technique creating mud that the user knows. When a target stands within the area of mud the user created or is contacted by the user's mud style technique three wolves are formed of the user's original technique. These Mud Wolves pursue targets up to fifty feet away and are granted their own single independent activation. These wolves are capable of using basic combat attacks on targets. If destroyed, these wolves automatically drain the user's chakra at C rank potency to resurrect themselves up to once each. After destroyed a second time, they do not revive.

                        The user forms a string of required hand signs, summoning a fifty foot giant dome formed of stone to fall from the sky that is a faded emerald color and resembles a pig in design. This dome falls directly atop of the target. Intended for summoned creatures specifically, this technique is treated as one rank stronger for summoned creatures it's rank in execution, and an additional rank stronger for those in lower rank. When used at S Rank, this technique increases it's size to one hundred feet, and at S+, two hundred feet in size, allowing it to even to subdue bijuu for a time but does not gain bonuses to rank at S+.

                        After forming the required string of hand signs, a vast swamp forms that covers up to a fifty foot area the user targets. The sludge of the swamp negates the Water Walking jutsu within its bounds, and persists for five of the user's posts. By paying an S+ amount of chakra, the user can morph an entire topic into a swamp.

                        The user forms a rapid succession of hand signs, gathering chakra within their chest, expanding out their torso farther out than naturally possible. The user opens up their mouth and releases a rushing wave of mud from their mouth. This incredible mass of mud that covers a fifty foot expanse is devastatingly powerful and easily consumes it's targets, drowning them in the process, causing tier four suffocation. After the jutsu is used, the mud hardens to trap anything within it. The mud quickly hardens by the following post and is no longer malleable. If this occurs, targets beneath the surface require an S Rank amount of resources to escape.

                        The user strikes the earth with their open palm, expelling chakra to form a forty foot dome to engulf the targeted area. This dome requires an S Rank amount of resources to break free. Additionally, the user is able to place their hands upon the side of this dome while it's victims are within it, drawing chakra from it's inhabitants equal to the rank of this technique. This chakra is used to automatically repair the dome while any excess may be granted to the user. Breaks in the wall are only created as large as the surface striking it despite the chakra applied, allowing it's A Rank chakra consumption to repair small holes before they may be monopolized. Finally, those within the dome have tier one petrification applied to them and continue to amass higher tiers every other post.

During this enlightened state, the user's eyes glow slightly brighter than usual and a faint glow is often annotated around their body that is no wider than a sliver of thread. The first virtue state does not require an activation but does require an initial E-Rank stamina cost plus an E-Rank upkeep per post for two posts. This state has a maximum duration of three posts. Every slash with the spirit sword is followed by an after image but of an ancient samurai energy blade. Up to a B-Rank amount of chakra can be applied to the after image representing the ethereal sword of the warrior spirit for no activation cost once per post.

                        Second Virtue: Respect | Rank D | Simple
                        The warrior suspends their emotional suffering by paying respect not to their ego but to the universe. The second virtue state allows the user's body to gain another 1 point increase in strength, speed, and agility. During this period of enlightenment, the user's eyes glow moderately brighter than usual and a glow is often annotated around their body that is notably luminous. The color of the eyes and the aura is identical to that of the Reiken (spirit sword). This second virtue state does not cost an activation but does require an initial D-Rank stamina cost plus a D-Rank upkeep per post for two posts. This state has a maximum duration of three posts. In this virtue state, the warrior spirit can appear as an after image after every attack. This is purely aesthetic unless up to an A-Rank amount of chakra is applied to give it additional substance.

                        The user slashes with their Reiken during the first virtue state. Doing so summons the giant blade of the spirit warrior without the appearance of it manifested. Seiryu Form Style +2 Passives

▰ Clan Members have a keen sense of smell which can give them insight to the direction of a target's location within the topic.

▰ Total Concentration: Water Breathing [ Sō Nōdo: Mizu Kokyū ] | Rank E | Training
The Seiryu clan's ability to master water is only one side of their coin, in addition, each clansman has learned to control their breathing perfectly with this training. This controlled breathing allows the user to fortify their mental capacity and delay the effects of physical pain for a a single post. This does not have any effect on status or poisons.


Reiken no Michi Important info listed

• For each virtue state active beginning with the fourth, the user receives an increase of 0.5 to their stats cap. At the seventh virtue state, the user gains an additional 2 cap increase. This means that if you have 8 in every stat then on the seventh virtue state you can reach 10 which is a 5 ranks increase in total. Also, you can maximally reach 10 in 1 stat on the fourth virtue, 10 in 2 stats on the fifth virtue, 10 in 3 stats on the sixth virtue, and 10 in 4 stats on the seventh virtue. The stats increases will return to 8 once the virtue states are no longer active.
• Creating the spirit weapon costs no activation and does not consume resources. Once the first virtue is mastered the spirit weapon can be created at the warrior's whim.
• Spirit weapons are considered spiritual in collisions and match the body rank of the wielder.
• The spirit weapon when disarmed will immediately reappear in the hands of the user if they will it.
• Spirit weapon projectiles are spiritual in collisions and equal in body rank of the user but the projectiles require an equal chakra cost to do so. Without chakra use, the projectiles will inflict the same damage as metal.
• Each virtue state, upon being awakened, lasts for a total of three of the user's posts. The 1 point increases to strength, speed, and agility from the virtues stack on top of each other.


Kyoukan Ya +2 Passives

The user's lengthy use of the bow has taught them to seamlessly fire an additional arrow for each arrow they would fire normally for a technique so long as they have the reserves to do so.

▰ Shrapnel Arrow Creation | Rank S | Training
The user takes a knife, widdling away at an arrow to create weaknesses in it's design. Doing so allows the user to create shrapnel arrows. These arrows cost nothing additional during a technique to be used with them however upon contact they explode and send wooden and metal shrapnel into anything within five feet of it's location. This technique may be used outside of combat to create arrows for later use. Converts arrows at a 1 to 1 ratio.


Tetsunami Ryu +4 Passives

▰ Fluid Movement | Rank E | Training
Techniques used for a blocking, countering or evasive action have their cost reduced by 5 stamina per rank of the technique and must pay no less than 5 stamina.

▰ Whirlpool Walking | Rank C | Training
The user is now more adept at using circular footwork and can use it against multiple attackers, usually weaving between them, keeping them bumping into each other or simply getting in each others way, taking away any numerical advantage. In the deflecting stance, the user can deflect a technique of their body rank or lower once every three posts for no activation, still requiring the stamina/chakra cost paid.

▰ Move As Water | Rank A | Training
The user has dealt with so many situations being outnumbered that their ability to move in tight and confined spaces is greatly increased. The user’s blade work is tighter, relying on their body and footwork to generate force. The user’s footwork is so fluid that they are able to turn on a dime, making a combination of strikes go into multiple directions without interrupting the combination. Techniques that target multiple opponents may now have additional reserves paid in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the individual attack to the next highest rank.These can be paid individually, not requiring chakra or stamina to be paid for every split technique.

▰ Riptide | Rank S | Training
The user has learned that movement is life, and to stop moving is to die. By adding extra effort and urgency to their techniques, the user may perform more in a given motion than an untrained individual. In the Blocking Stance, the user may perform an extra defensive activation in a given post. In the Deflecting Stance, the user may perform an additional offensive activation each post. Each additional technique costs an extra 20 Chakra to perform and must be either basic combat or come from this Style.

旋風 Freestyle Whirlwind +3 Passives

▰ Acrobatic Mastery | Rank D | Training
Having practiced their art with great concentration, the user has learned to change the direction of their whorl technique. After this training is complete, the user may use up to one technique per post that would lower the descriptive ranks affecting their speed without suffering that reduction. The user gains the ability to use Somersault to evade once every three posts without it consuming an activation, but only against opponents whose body rank is at or lower than the users.

▰ Perfecting Balance | Rank C | Training
Due to their various training requiring parkour-style actions, the user is more stable. This training allows the user to withstand off-balancing effects or knockback effects as though they were one rank lower in strength.

▰ Parkour Mastery | Rank A | Training
The user becomes one with their momentum, learning how to harness their body as an almost perfect machine. After completing this training, the user’s reflexes gain any and all bonuses afforded to their speed.


旋風 Freestyle Whirlwind +3 Passives

▰ Kyotoryuu Conditioning: Sunflower | Rank S | Training
As a result of intensive training geared toward defensive and evasive maneuvers, the Kyotouryuu practitioner can now effectively react to an opponent by converting their speed into an agility boost for two posts with a three post cooldown. This requires no activation or resource cost.
