Besides... the Rasengan owns the Chidori :3 But if Sasuke obtained his Mangekyo Sharingan, he would win But in order to get the Mangekyo Sharingan he would have to kill a close friend, remember? sad And he said he didn't want to be like Itachi so I doubt he would have it... And I thought electricity was stronger then wind... if that means she is on my side i agree with her and if she isnt on my side malipulate it to it sounding like i said it only sasuke would win burning_eyes god im so cofused I'm still sticking with my tie theory. I'm just saying the Chidori is stronger then Rasengan. But then there's the matter of the people who trained them. Jiraiya is one of the three sennins and is probably much stronger and experienced then Kakashi... But then again Sasuke is also being taught by Orochimaru so... Sasuke probably leads in the education of fighting and ninjustus. But I'm still sticking to my 'tie' theory. 3nodding
