The spear tore at Nix's shirt, ripping the garment in half as it skittered for purchase along the chain mail beneath, before finally running the armors full length, and found blood to be drawn in the exalts thigh.

A mortal wound to a mortal, perhaps, but not for a child of the sun, who's leap carried him past the weapons reach before real harm could be dealt, and out of the his circling guards.

As the horses spun to face their target, fire from the burning inn bellowed as a gust of wind fanned the flames ever higher.

"It's nice to see the Hunt returning to it's ordinary duties so quickly, but aren't you actually hunting me? Lady Mnemon surely would prefer you to turn to your original task of hunting a wayward number of your own, no?"
The taunt came from a windowsill beneath the flames. While perhaps not a very intimidating sight, it was most certainly a spectacle. Blue Jade glittered in the fire light around her wrists, down the blade of a reaper daiklave, and over her chest, the breastplate donned over a night shirt of all things. Sadly the audacity and incredulity of her appearance ended there, "I've been denied blood once this evening already. Apparently yours will have to sate me." Her attentions shifted from the hunt to Nix. "Would you care for some assistance, Anathema? Even for your kind, six to one is not good odds when facing these so called princes of the earth." The words were nice enough, but her anticipation for battle could not be hidden. The black clouds of rage were breaking apart, as though a storm were lifting at sunset, leaving blurred streakes of dark red and orange down her bare arms, legs, and particularly her eyes, leaaving her looking the part of a demon much more than Solar beneath her.

Garrison held his head in the back ally for a few seconds before regaining his footing. Through his fingers he saw a man vault over him. "Whaa?" He said as he used the handle of his sythe as a cane, he turned around slowly and blankly stared as the fight started.

Inititive: One!

((I know I'm not coming in for a few ticks so until that time I'm basically saying that Garrison is still trying to figure out what the hell is going on just in front of him.))

The second immaculate, her robes whipping in the wind around her as she lept forward to challenge Nix, her fist lashing forward. "Hold your tounge, Demon. Your boasts end today!" ((4 succ to hit, so she misses))

Tick 1
A green skinned man in chain and plate armor grinned lasciviously up at Ashura. "Today just gets better and better." and he hurled his spear at her, but even in the window sill, she just lightly stepped aside, the weapon making a dull thud as it was burried to the hilt in the wood behind her.

Tick 2
A young man in what appear to be some sort of light jade plate mail, grinned as he jumped from his horse, a jade fighting chain whirling in his hands, moving behind monk attacking Nix, waiting for his opening.

The monk batted aside the chain with the back of her hand, scoffing at his efforts to strike her.

As the chain fell to her side she stepped forward before doubling over unexpectedly, her foot comming up from behind in a scorpion kick. ((5 sux)) ((your DV's are at -1 from attacking untill your next action. btw, when is that?))

Ashura lept from the window, sword drawn as she descended upon the warrior ((DB who'd thrown his spear at her. As she fell, the man drew his blade as well, and with a flash of sparks and blood, the two warriors passed, Ashura rotating around his outstretched sword arm and bypassing his blade to catch him first underneath the arm, and then again with the tip of of her weapon under his breast plate as she landed on his far side.

The apparent leader of the Hunt ((DB 1)) stood back for the moment, his grand Daiklave at his side, apparently content to watch his subbordinates work from behind his white jade helm, as was the head monk who'd spoke earlier ((DB 5)), who'd stepped back from the action to observe as well.

As Ashura landed, the rider next to her target ((DB 3)) swung his Daiklave towards her outstretched arm, but to no avail as she ducked aside, rolling to her feet.

The Terrestrial with the red jade chain ((DB 4)) gave a malicious grin as he saw his moment, the ball lashing out towards Nix while he was preoccupied with the monk. ((6 suxx))
