Joey nodded. "Ok, maybe...later." He picked up his head and stared off at the sea. He had never been this social with anyone before. Except for Lucian, it was hard not to be social with him.

"How do you dance?" The question popped out of her mouth before she could stop it. She'd seen a couple of humans turning about to a lovely sound she'd never heard before.

The question perked him up. He had only danced with his mother. She taught him a few things. He thought for a second. "Well...it kinda requires having legs..." He continued to think.

Aoife flipped her tail. Looking at it as if it was a curse. Dancing had looked so pretty.

Joey looked at her tail in wonder, then an idea came to his head. He stood up. "I got it! Can you swim in the water and make it so your upper half is out of the water? I can go up to my chest, if need be." He grinned at the idea.

Joey walked into the water. "Unfortunately, we don't have any music. It will be hard to keep to an unknown tempo. Oh well, come on!" He waded in the water and waited for her to come out.

She followed him out. And then it hit her. "You want to dance with me!?" She was shocked and a blush tinted her cheeks pink.

Joey smile. "You got it! Come on, I haven't been able to dance with anybody for a while." He held out his hand to her. "Ready?"

Aoife blushed deeper as she took his hand. She wasn't sure what to do with herself and stood a little awkwardly.

Joe's fingers interlocked with hers and he put her hand on his shoulder. He then lowered his hand and put it on her waist. "Ok..." He thought of a song and began to hum it. It was an uplifting tune that was perfect to dance to. He began to move, dancing to the tune he was humming, the water washing around them.

Aoife became more relaxed and began to move with him. She laughed when her tail hit his leg lightly.

Joey smiled while he hummed. Not slowing down, he said, "Must be easy with a tail. No feet to trip over, here." His movements were sluggish in the water, at best. He was till having fun, though.
