Celestial Burden Dammit... Sanzo, should I be worried by the fact that if I move my arm in a way that would usually be painless, it still hurts from earlier? yeah that definitely sounds like something to be worried about....

Usually pain is a sign of things healing back up. However if it's pain in a particular area, that presistes especially when you tence a certain muscle or do a certain action, then you should probably have it looked at.

I said that because my grandfather actually tried to break my arm earlier today and he almost did... so I don't think this means it's healing up.
