So...so you think you can tell, Heaven from hell, Blue skies from pain, Can you tell a green field, From a cold steel rail, A smile from a veil, Do you think you can tell
Did they get you to trade, Your heros for ghosts, Hot ashes for trees, Hot air for a cool breeze, Cold comfort for change, Did you exchange, A walk on part in the war, For a lead role in a cage
How I wish, how I wish you were here, We're just two lost souls swimmin' in a fish bowl, Year after year, Runnin' over the same old ground, What have we found, The same old fears
Wish you were here...

People may be waiting at the moment to see if that Gift Ninja will donate again, which won't be happening, I'm sure. Let's see. If we drop the price down to say, 300g, and drop the number of people from 25 to 20, you're only making 6000g, which is the price of the prize. That won't work unless you lower the price of the prize...you should have *some* compensation for your work. So nix that.
Keeping it at 300g, and bringing the number back up to 25, your total gross is 7500g. Enough for the prize and a little extra, but not much. This might be a possibility but doesn't really give you any options for helping others with that money.
Keeping the price at 500g and dropping the number to 20 will give you 10000g. This is better, but you might turn away some of those newbies.
You 'could' give people an opportunity to throw more pies, at 100g per pie, OR, you could let people buy the number of pies they want. 25 people times 5 pies each is 125 pies; at 100g each, you're back up to the profit level you were at before. It would take a bit more work to keep up with but it might be more fun. Also, if you could pie someone more than once? I know a couple of people I'd throw five pies at right now. LOL. Buying pies singly could be within the reach of a newbie, who buys two pies, or someone like Raiden, who could buy out your whole inventory and fill them himself for throwing about the guild. LOL.
Anyway...these are the main options as I see them....what do you think?

Anyway...these are the main options as I see them....what do you think? well.. humm... 300 is a good bace.. its much cheaper for the newbies to get themselfs into it... and also if i where to lower the headcount to 25 it can change things up a bit...even if i somewhat like 30 people... it make sense to me somehow. the headcount never bothered me as much as the $ for the contest...now... this "extra pies" intregues me...but its going to need some more thought on how to work at that. i need to put up a suggestion thread on how to work this.. maybe a few demos to see if i can work this a bit. like allt hings.. its a work in progress... and it will never be perfect.. but at least its very diffrent form any other contest.
