"They do. Mommy, daddy and then me." Calista said with a smile as she pointed them out. "Should we get Ken to take the picture?" She asked.

"Sure." Adrian was positively beaming after hearing her call him 'daddy'. "And it's easy; just aim it and then push this button here." he said squatting down to show her how to work the camera. "You can see how the picture's going to turn out on this screen here, and you'll know it took the picture when you hear a 'click'."

Ken nodded quietly, watching as Adrian showed Calista how to work the camera, taking it from him once he was done. Calista giggled and ran over to the snowmen, smiling brightly to Ken as she stood with them. "CHEESE!" She shouted, still giggling as she waited for Ken to shoot the picture.

"Cheese!" Adrian grinned as he stood between his and Amaya's snow doubles.

The creature took a few pictures of them before he drifted back over to Adrian, handed him the camera, and then disappeared. Calista ran over a moment later, grinning widely. "Think she'll like them?" She asked, looking up at Adrian.

"Definitely." Adrian said with a grin as he squatted down, giving Calista a chance to see the pictures as he cycled through them. "So, anything else you want to do while we're out in the snow, or do you want to find a cafe nearby and maybe take a hot cocoa break?"

The little girl sniffled, rubbing her nose with her sleeve as she looked up at Adrian. "Can we go get hot cocoa? It's cold out here." She told him, shivering a little as the wind blew.

"Cocoa it is." Adrian said with a smile as he put the camera away before taking off his scarf and draping it around Calista's neck. "And with plenty of whipped cream on top." he said as he stood back up and took her hand and led her out of the park.

"I like whipped cream. It's yummy." She told him as she walked along with him, holding his hand in her little, mittened hand as they moved through the streets.

"And that's why it's dessert and hot cocoa's best friend." Adrian said with a smile as they walked. They soon found a coffee shop and he shook his wings out from the light snowfall as they stepped inside. "Brrr! It's cold out there!"

"It's nice and warm in here though." Calista said, smiling as they walked up to the counter. "And they make hot chocolate for people when it's cold out!"

"Alright, hot chocolate, hot chocolate..." Adrian said lifting Calista up in his arms so she could see the menu. "See any pastries you want while we're here?"

((So....cute...The cuteness is helping me forget my sadness over not being accepted into the nursing program I applied for.))
"Can I have that?" Calista asked, pointing to a cookie that was well frosted, while wrapping her other arm around the back of his neck so she could stay up. Any amount of sugar she could get her hands on that could keep her going for a little while longer, Calista was all for.

"Sure, why not? If Amaya doesn't like it, she can chew me out later. I'm doing this in the name of bonding after all." Adrian said with a smile as he set her down to pull out his wallet. "Two small hot chocolates with whipped cream and one of those frosted cookies please." he told the barista behind the counter as he pointed to the cookie. "That enough sugar for you?" he asked once he paid and handed Calista her cookie while they walked to a table by the windows to wait for their cocoa.

"Yay!" Calista cheered, clapping her hands in excitement. "Yeah! It's gonna be so yummy! Thank you Adrian!" She giggled, taking a seat at the table as she began eating her cookie.
