Kaistern was just sitting down beside Ophelia when Balthazar popped back up. "You know what this calls for? A celebration!"
"You mean the--?"
"No, not the new bed! Us finally getting split! How long have we been wanting this? This calls for a partay! A small feast for us, some good wine...We've certainly got the moolah for it, so let's splurge a little! It's a special occassion!"

"Certainly. Just tell me when you want it and what you'd like to eat and I'll have it delivered the moment everything's ready." Ophelia offered. She did not bother moving from her spot just yet, though.

The final menu they'd written up had a fairly nice spread, though the differing personalities did manage to peek through at times. Balthazar seemed to prefer the more extravagant dishes and sinful desserts, and a couple different wine bottles would be showing up on the table, Balthazar wanting red and Kaistern, white.

Ophelia ordered all that plus a few special foods and deserts from 'home', like apple tarts for example, before summoning a servant to get everything done. Once she was gone, Ophelia snuggled herself back between Kaistern and Balthazar as a pleasant smile formed upon her lips.

"This is downright pleasant. It almost makes you forget about our royal crisis." Kaistern said with a smile as he put an arm around her, while Balthazar made himself comfy with his head in her lap.

"If only more days could be this nice..." Ophelia agreed, admittably excited to be in the position she was in. She felt like, well, a Queen being pampered and payed attention to. (Shaped Like Itself it seems?)

"I'm sure there would be if you took a break from your work more often." Balthazar said holding one of her hands. "All work and no play isn't healthy."
"And we should know. I'd call that a fair summary of my so-called childhood." Kaistern said with a small chuckle.

"I'll start doing that some day. For now, I fear I don't have the time if I wish to get us back into the castle as quickly as possible." Ophelia replied as she offered a faint smile. "I appreciate your concern, though. Thank you..."

"It's certainly been a while since the rebellion. I don't think another month or two would hurt anyone." Kaistern said. The thought crossed his mind that maybe this was how Ophelia felt when he was always stressing about one issue or another when he was king.

"If you insist I'll...I'll try to slow down. I guarantee nothing, though." Ophelia kept a warm way of speaking, sure, but she was adamant in regards to the issue at hand. It seemed like they switched roles entirely and that she was completely unaware of it, as you just noted in the previous post.

Ophelia couldn't help but chuckle at Balthazar's statement. "You know what? I think your right~" Her face took on a tidbit of impishness at the thought. It left quite the image in her head, that was for certain.
