I've been at it for the last three weeks. I have two weeks break and then back into camp for 9 hours a day. xd

So worth it though. I think I managed to loose some fat and build more muscle! [And I won a tournament Friday!]

I'm sure exercising will help with stress. It usually does for me, unless I'm freakishly PMS. xd
