Everyone knows how hard it is to keep gold and not spend it.
And the more gold you have the stronger the urge to spend it.

Getting lucky weeks will just make me consider buying all the items that I'd like to and not save it for older donation items...

i know what you mean i almost bought a lot of stuff when i was close to getting kiki

what I want is much higher than the kiki. So there's a lot more incentive for buying thigns before I get it. It is because of that, that I question if I can ever complete 2004, much less obtain the only 2003 items that I actually think I'd use (Angelic Sash and Nitemare Scarf)

Yeah, I have to avoid stuff I want, but can wait on. That's like it's likely we'll get an new EI very soon.

I still need to get 4 Order of Atlantis, and 4 Scarlet Sprites. if they drop below 35K, I can afford them no problem.

I am buying all of the remaining January 2009 donation items with pure gold.
I still need three scarlet sprites, and as long as I can get them for under 35K, I can afford it. I bought all of the Orders. My gold count is dropping like a rock above the Mariana trench.
