chianachan How hot is it there? It's not too hot here today I guess.. Its 83 degrees BUT! Kansas humidity is really high so it feel hotter then it should.

Eww.. I hate humidity. Here, it gets to be like 110+, but it's suuuper dry.

Yeah, it's been a fun few days..
Omg, I want my dad to fix the shower! I need one before I go to bed..
I'm going to make cheese cake for my girl, it's her favorite.. Anyone like to bake who's interested in the recipe?
It's one of the best cheese cakes I've ever had. Some well known/great food critic/chef who worked on it since she was first starting cooking school, she spent like 20 years working on it.. my mom gave it to me, it's super easy! (cheese cakes can be tricky, but this one is totally straightforward)

I can't make something without what everyone else says is 'working my magic' xd I'm always changing recipes just a little here, and a little there, or just making up my own using the basic idea of the recipe..
I can follow a recipe perfectly, but I prefer to cook in a more slapdash style xd adding my own twist to things..

My mom makes an excellent chocolate cheesecake, but I've never asked for the recipe, because I would spend all day baking and eating cheesecakes and eventually I'd explode.
It's tempting, though.

hahaha luckily for me I don't like eating what I cook xd especially if it's a dessert, I don't want to go near it.. I just enjoy cooking for people.
But I'll probably end up eating some of this cheesecake, with enticement from my girlfriend xd
