Oh, I just watch the videos on youtube. I'm not sure how people get the music software (I imagine someone sells it but they may all be Japanese based sellers). Miku Miku Dance can be downloaded online though for free. I couldn't figure out how to work it so I gave up ._."

5gig will take me like a week to do and I can't sleep with my computer on all night.

The Vocaloid programs are a specific company, but audio synthesizers are fairly common. Autotune and Songsmith are similar, if more specialized, English-language programs.
