	Sunday funday means new post if there hasn't been a new one latey soooo Good mornin! mrgreen edit july 4th WOOO: da bar is open! I gotta grill all dang afternoon so I'm having my kava and rockband now cuz imma be grillin, grubbin, n chillin later! Hope ya'll will be too! Pop in for a drink, meal or a snack b4 you start ya festivities! Menu on the front page if ya need ideas! I recommend the boba tea, or the hawaiian coctail.. We got pocky or hot dogs.. or maybe just an omlette since its early and tonite might be heavy eatin! grabs a cold kava and soda and sets about to some late morning rock band with her git fiddle edit: july 6th... yesterday was a bbq food hangover day lol.. But today we're back on track. I'm gonna learn how to tank a raid in world of warcraft on my deathknight this saturday so I gotta go grind some dungeons for a lil more gear!

	New week new post! Gmornin ppl and bar! Busy busy summer but I'm still around! Got to tank a raid on wotlk on my death knight! Went well! Working out more, added floor leg stuff and weights now. I'm sore as hell today lol. reedit 7/11/23 gmornin bar! dling me some gamecube and wii roms.. i went on a binge last week dling every old console rom i'd ever enjoyed and then some but forgot to scour the gamecube and wii section. got some goodies. sometimes the remakes they put out just arent the same.. like teh mario rpg 7 stars? they're remaking but it just doesnt have what i need which is the art style in the old snes cart.. and they wont release that one cuz they want u to buy the remake.. no ty lol Reeeeedit 7/12/23: another day another platinum. grabs a black rose tea and gets on with the days chores reeeeeeeeedit 7/13: restarted seaman for teh dreamcast on emulator. Tried it on july 4th but i left it and the fishies died... sooo this time we're gonna do better! spock from start trek does their voices so I'm raising them so i can talk to spock! live long and prosper! reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedit 7/14: omg that seaman games adorbs. i think i got it going on now. we got 4 gillmen.. one got eaten so far today but that's the way its supposed to go.. they're still baby talking in baby voices but.. soon.. they will be spocks! rofl reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedit july 15th.. gotta go get my booster shot today. hoping arm wont hurt too much to tank in ulduar tonite cuz i'm enjoying tanking the raids on the dk. if anyone wants a drank or a bite holler!

	Sunday funday new post! Got the lawn mowed. I think b4 i get into anything else big I'm gonna do my work out. Added some weight lifting (lil 3 lb dumbells) and laying down and doing crunches and leg lifts and twisty things. Seems to be working though even tho i only did it a few days last week.. Motivation.. its hard right? Might be a good day for more rockband. Can't seem to get enough of that lately with the guitar thing. Offtanking on my deathknight is coming along.. Wow guild is doing good. FF14 guild is doing ok too. Finished my vhs family video clips for family and they love em! Might have to go dig through them and make more clips. My Seaman on that dreamcast emulator is doing good. Not a bad day! Hope ya'lls is good too should anyone ever read this lol. grabs a kava and a pepsi and plops down on the floofy beanbag in the corner with her guitar I can't play it irl yet.. but I can pretend what i want here till i make it happen! Ok.. enough dear diary lol

Heeyy, I'm trying to get back into working out too, largely anything you can do with a pull up bar. Finishing it off with a 2.5 min plank.
Feels a little too late for any progress this summer but the ache the next day feels like I'm getting somewhere.

	Howdy aaron! I'm a lil older with some back pain so I'm taking it slow stretching out the back and legs alot then some light weights then walking or dancing but it helps. I'm sore af today tho. Hope ur well today!

To be fair I need to stretch more because im 90% sure thats where most of my back pain is coming from, can't just jump into high intensity stuff right away.
I'm really good, using some work downtime to just read books in the sun and finally do everything I've been neglecting xd

	Yesterday i spent all dang day cooking cleaning laundry buncha catch up on wow professions then some rockband then more wow profession farming. Productive but good day! Today its hot as hell and I don't see alot of perductivity happening now though rofl edit 7/27: dear bar diary. I learned how to change tires. I had to change out all 4 tires on my bro's 4 wheeler to get it sold for him b4 he left for a vacation he's been saving for. we got it done tho! neato. that's bout it other than cleaning it and doing a lil painting. My cousin ended up buying it for him and his lil kids so.. more cousins lol so we wanted it to be in good shape. gotta adjust brakes 2m.. so.. be learning that too. chillin now. been stocking up ff14 guild's house and buff stuff. gonna go farming on wow to stock us up on stuff for my guild there xD. world of farm craft! grabs a kava and a pepsi and flops down on bean bag chair with laptop oh ya.. lets rolllllll. Got some pink floyd on da jukebox tonight! edit 7/28: went down a rabbit hole with an ai art generator then lot of paint and photoshop to fix up an art thingy of my avatar and updated the music on my profile. I think it turned out good! 7/29 edit: Coming in hawt today ya'll good gawt! I woke up.. well not early but early for me.. 10am.. I live a spoiled life lately.. and made brownies with pnut butter.. got yelled at cuz it was too hot out to cook but.. that was by the momma.. who is now eating said contraband brownies lol.. I just shoulda made em way earlier b4 the sun hit. She won't let me put an ac in the living room with her. And I got carrots shaved, taters chopped. chicken half thawed, tossed in some sweet onions and seasoning (no salt!) and chucked it in a crock pot on teh porch so we got good food tonite without cooking inside with this heatwave.. and a workout.. and a shower. and the laundry. so glad to have it done! bf is hanging with his bro today so I'll get to chiiiiiiiillllll and just float about where ever looks like calm waters today! More rockband and materials farming on wow probably lol. Just a good day. Hope ya having a good day too if ya reading this! blaugh an extra thought. I had so much fun messing with that ai generator and gimp (generic photobucket) to make the lil art of my avatar that I told the bf i want one of my pink haired troll together with his favorite wow toon and I want to dress it up the same way. maybe cyber punkish set up. if it turns out well the other guildies may be interested which would be fun!

Glad I could introduce you to it because it's so much fun to just play around with.
Always careful who I talk to about it tbh because any sort of AI art is really divisive on here. Don't consider myself an artist anyway I'm just having fun lol.

I've had a pretty similar day, bf away for a LARP event, just been cleaning, baking cookies with magic stars instead of chocolate chips and playing dumb old tower defence games.
I use a pinch of MSG instead of salt in food now, it makes it taste better anyway and two-thirds less sodium than table salt.

I just spent another hour browsing marketplace for a better tank and finally realized jock strap had one that seemed closest and most casual. its not easy finding a plain arse dark black tank top. for petes sakes lol

	Sunday! The rule of the new post! Morning! Can't seem to get into a game lately. Last night I was meh and today. Ended up going to spin my casino wheel in gta online and instead ended up doing a mission on gta v storymode. I still aint played much of that at all and I feel like I have no direction in online after getting most all I wanted from it.. I think I might dabble on some gta v story mode today. edit July 31st: Some reason my back has been rly smarting the last couple days. Musta overdone it with the overzealous stretching and workouts it was when i popped something doing some stretches lol. Looks like another chill day with ibuprophen. Bf's bday too so gaming on w/e he wants today. gmorning bar! re edit aug 1st: holy crap its august gonk the hottest month.. the back to school month.. the physicals and root canal month. but after.. september baby!!! 	Sunday new post finally. they get awfully long with all my talking to myself rofl dusts the bar, sweeps up the pnut hulls off the floor, and throws the lights on open for bidness! i love spirit week over in amg. i'm digging my campout fisherwoman look. its probably the one avatar that's the most like me! edit: 8/8. lordie lets go august.. couple weeks i got my yearly physicals then its september.. the best time of the year.. the horror games time of year.. the pre fall so close u can taste it time of year.. ooooOOOOOO! 	Sunday funday new post yay! Nothing big going on. Just rollllin along. I tried like 5 min of the beta for palia. Not sure if its something I could get into but maybe. Hard to get time to work on it running a couple guilds and cooking like i'm a restaurant for mom and bro lol but. claims to be a stardew / wow style mmo and who cant love that if they actually pull it off. the controls are rly intuitive and similar to wow so i was rly comfortable the few minutes i played. we shall see! get yo sunday on nerds! anyway open for bidness! can quote me to ping me and i'll swoop right in with drinks and snacks to ya hearts desire! edit 8/14.. but rly 8/15 cuz its a few min past midnight. spent all day doing bedding laundry and fuzzy bathrobes and sweeping cobwebs and all that. rdy for fall! pre autumn cleanin! reedit 8/15: OMG phasmophobia huge update, lvl wipe, new items rebuild hits thursday! LETS GOOOOO! i been waiting for the lvl wipe and new items for a year now. got too bored to play for a long time so after tinkering last nite to set my end lvl to 2300 b4 wipe i was getting rly spooked. which is awesome. i was dead to the spookiness when i quit mostly playing a year ago cuz i got used to it. i'd rather be spooked out again! gonna be fun

I keep seeing stuff about phasmophobia but haven't tried it despite the fact I love horror games.

I think you've given me the kick up the butt I needed to try it xd Edit: I actually hate using Gaia on mobile. This reply took 5 solid minutes because the footer decided I shouldn't be able to see what I'm typing. I didn't even know there still was a gaia mobile. I thought they'd discontinued it. And yassss omg i freaking love phasmophobia. but it got a lil dull after i had enough items to hunt for forever and nothing had changed in a while. but now starting tomorrow.. everyones at lvl 1.. everyones broke af.. and there's a few diff tiers of each item.. some of the cheaper tiers i think imma like cuz i like lower lighting lower res and spookier vibes. the more expensive items making the game easier and brighter. its all gonna be fun to play with. i hope they're saving a suprise of a new lvl tomorrow!
