History: Phibrizzo served the dark lord Shabranigdu, lord of all mazoku, loyally as a Mazoku Lord. The mazoku are a dark and ancient cult of soquili who lived off the suffering of others and sought the destruction of the world itself. If Phibrizzo had a past before serving Lord Ruby Eyes he never speaks of it and has effectively forgotten about its existence. When Ruby Eyed Shabranigdu was killed by angeni seeking to save the planet and its inhabitants Phibrizzo, believing that his lord could still be revived, began hatching schemes to restore Lord Ruby Eyes to power. He has tried several things to no avail and eventually, along with the other four lords, slipped out of contact with the world hoping that in their rest something would change.

Newly awakened Phibrizzo has once again started plotting.

Personality: Phibrizzo is a sneaky character. He is a master actor and can even deceive old acquaintances. Until he decides to drop the act there is nothing about his mannerisms that give him away. His favorite roll to play is that of a young, orphaned stallion finding that people don't have a tendency to see him as a threat when he acts young and innocent. In reality he is cruel and just a bit unhinged. He enjoys mind games and physical torture of his opponents and doesn't mind using wicked methods to achieve his goals. In fact he seems to prefer needlessly cruel and detailed plans.

History: Yseult was born and raised in the snowcapped peaks of the western mountains. Her herd was only made up of her father, mother, uncle, younger brothers and older cousins. As such theirs was a small territory but Yseult liked the view of the desert, forest and plains that they cycled through during the year. Being raised in a family of pure kalona led her to accept that kalona were just the superior breed in all ways. They were stronger than regulars, faster than winds and more cunning than skinwalkers in her mind. With these beliefs held firm Yseult always strove to be one of the best. She put herself in dangerous situations on purpose in order to fight her way out.

Yseult often fought in small contests against her cousins and brothers until, on the day of her coming of age ceremony, she finally defeated all of them. To honor her victories her parents presented her with fine decorations to mark her as a true warrior before giving her permission to leave the herd as she pleased. Yseult did not initially take up the offer to venture out but boredom eventually won her over and she journeyed away from her homeland.

Yseult met a young foal named Zelcion and through much trickery she found herself initiated as a servant of mazoku. She has discovered that she is now essentially trapped in this position and while it aggravates her at times she can't bring herself to risk the run.

Personality: Yseult is arrogant and dangerous. She believes that her power is greater than anyone's and she isn't afraid to prove it no matter what the challenge. She is well known for her biting remarks and general disregard for any decorum in battle. Yseult likes what she is and isn't about to let anyone tell her that she should be something else. She is not particularly gracious to non-kalona but her demeanor around dark kalona and kalona-crossbreeds is decent. She regards weak or pacifist kalona or kalona crossbreeds as being worth less than even an usdia.

History: Othelia never saw herself as strange, scary or wicked. She had a mother, a father and received visits just like every other foal in the area. The only thing that she could see as different was that when she began to ween off her mother's milk she was receiving meat to eat rather than the grasses and fruits the other foals got. When she was still a foal her low mountain home was hit by a fierce storm. She was separated from her family and ended up traveling in the opposite direction from where they had been heading. Without her mother there to provide food and not yet knowing how to hunt properly left her in an awkward position. After three days of nothing to eat she found herself in the outskirts of a cluster of teepees.

After a while a foal belonging to the two leggers wandered away from watchful eyes. Rabbits were too fast, birds could fly away and mice were well hidden away...the foal, relatively new to the world, however had no wings, no defense and no knowledge that she was near by. Feeling the pangs of hunger gnawing away at her she took her chance and attacked. It barely managed to squeak before she felled it. Not knowing any better she began to eat without moving her prey out of the line of sight and it wasn't long before she was discovered.

The humans brought out ropes, bows and spears...Othelia ran for her life. She sought a place to hide inside a cave that was to become her prison. The storm had loosened mud and stone above the caves entrance. It came down in a deafening cascade of earth separating her from her pursuers as well as everything else.

For four years she lived in the cave. A large hole in the ceiling provided her with sunlight and fresh air, just below water from snow and rain collected in a rock pool. While food was scarce she received enough to survive through the lonely days. Birds would occasionally fly in and lizards, shrews and mice would appear every so often to drink from the pool or sun on the rocks. There were multiple chambers similar to the one in which she stayed but none of them ever led out. For years all she had to do was watch the outside world from below, think and sleep. Then one day, as she watched, an unusual visitor landed by her "sky light" and the earth shook.

She had been freed by the pink haired wind.

From the ground she followed the mare as best as she could to her home in another cave. It was there that she properly met the members of the Under Ground and somehow found herself in their employ. A while later, on a trip to the jungle with the UG and Xelloss, Othelia found out a hidden part of her heritage. She discovered that her father had been part of a clan known as mazoku and as such she was half mazoku herself. Knowing this she began distancing herself from the UG while growing closer to her cultural heritage. Eventually she betrayed the UG and joined the mazoku entirely and while she is not always happy with her lowly position she hasn't found reason to leave.

Personality: Othelia is a very straightforward mare. She is a hunter and she doesn't feel any guilt over it. She is not big on emotions and doesn't generally feel much of anything beyond physical need. She doesn't tolerate stupidity or annoyance and will do what she feels necessary to be rid of whatever she finds stupid or annoying.

History: Zelcion is the son of Beastmaster Xellas's priest and as such he will one day serve Lord Beastmaster as his father does. As he is still young he is not yet of much use so he stays near his mother learning basic kalona skills. One day he ran across a kalona, Yseult, and tricked her into his service. Her earned himself a great deal of respect that day and that went to his head.

As an adult Zelcion began searching for bigger and more glorious things to prove himself. This has largely resulted in failure. The one success he's had was in bedding a mare named Lilith who mostly lives to antagonize him but he wouldn't have it any other way.

Personality: Zelcion is a mischief maker. He likes to stir up trouble and play tricks on people that are not always harmless. He is clever and that might be his biggest advantage against others as his wings are to small to allow for flight. Like all kalona he is proud and will not tolerate insubordination from anyone beneath him. Anyone who dares to insult him or his pride is looking to find themselves on the end of one of his nastier tricks.
