They had just settled back into a comfortable routine of flaming Thread. The flamethrower was working, they were taking out dangerous clumps that had slipped between the wings above, when Aedeth went on alert and the hair on Niobet's neck rose. A sharp jog to the left and a bag of stone plummeted past them.

As you're looking for the rogue Thread, you notice one of your wingmates in danger. You and your dragon call out warning and are lucky to see the pair respond. Quote a Wingmate and have all damage removed from their most recent roll!
At least it wasn't a bag of stone aimed at someone's back this time.
Perhaps that wasn't a fair thought. Niobet thought it anyway as the other pair shifted out of the way and the threat was neutralized.

A sudden gust of wind kicks up, threatening to push your dragon out of formation. Thankfully, this gust doesn't have anything on your dragon! You easily fight through it, and find your dragon isn't really winded at all. All that exercise and training seems to be paying off. +1 General Stamina
Not this time, wind gust! Though Aedeth was not at peak performance, she was more determined than ever that these puny puffs of wind were not going to push her out of the way. Not even a bobble this time. Just a righteous gold.

Worse, D'mon was predicting that the conditions would get worse? They were far from ideal now. And with surprising speed and agility, the gold dragon all but pirouetted through the air, avoiding a tangle of Threads that was sure to bring them great pain if they had been slower or less aware. The wind tugged at them, and Mictecath started listing dangerously out of position. Mic, wake up! She tried to slap her dragon's side. The queen battled furiously against the surge of wind, and eventually regained her position. My wing aches a little... Thread still demands our attention, but... Mic focused on keeping her eyes open.
