  I'm really looking forward to seeing the adult versions of all of the characters in the manga, especially my dear Kyoya. It's a shame they never portrayed that aspect of their story in the anime or live action (unless it's shown in the movie that I have yet to see).

 Just watched the video of Benedict Cumberbatch's little introduction to the Olympics. Loved it! And I loved his last line - "Let the games begin." Totally a Sherlock thing to say.
"The game, Mrs. Hudson, is on!"

Good afternoon everyone.
Saturday I went to a family reunion with my Mom. I had a lot of fun at it. Wasn't bored during that reunion as I was during the family reunion the week before. I got to play croquet for the first time as well. So much fun!
Yesterday my parents worked on cleaning our attic out. We're about 98% done with cleaning it. There's just some things that Mom will have to go through, since its stuff she brought home from my Grandma's house she wanted.

Just today I applied for two different jobs - one of them being a Pet Nanny/Housekeeper position and the other a Program Assistant at the Student Resource Center at the university I attended. *shrugs* We're whether those two or any of the others I've recently applied for will provide me any desirable outcomes or not. *sighs*
Job searching this time around has been a lot more frustrating than before. There's hardly anything that interests me that exists out there. Usually the jobs that are found are from what my parents end up uncovering... or the rare ones I find myself.

I've been reading the Ouran Host Club manga lately and all I can say is that I'm loving it! I'm falling more in love with the characters through the untold stories that weren't displayed in the anime or live action. And I'm learning more about the characters as well... like Mori having a younger brother! What the hell?! Why did you portray Honey-chan's brother but not Mori's, when they both appear at the same time? Lame. Also, I think they should've shown what Mori is like when he's sleepy. *laughs* That was hilarious to see everyone freaking out when he was talking and smiling more often than he usually does and Honey-chan coming up and saying he should take a nap. Definitely something the anime should've portrayed. *sighs* Oh well.

Reading the manga has helped develop more of my OC's backstory as well. I knew I wanted her to be intimately connected with Kyoya, and after finding out that Kyoya would end up married to a woman for merit reasons, I knew I would tie my OC to that fact, but I couldn't figure out what the merits would be from Kyoya's POV. Then after reading/seeing that the twins' father is a Computer Programmer or whatever, I realized where the merit would come from. Not only would my OC have merit with her looks and intelligence, but her connections with the Hitachiin twins' father through her own father would be enough to please Kyoya and his father. *shrugs* Still figuring out the exact details at this point, but I'm pretty pleased with everything so far.

 You could at least be a bit more enthusiastic about the whole thing, Hikaru and Kaoru! *crosses arms* At least Kyoya looks pleased about this discovery.

On another note, I've grown bored of the whole Reject Olympics here at Why Not. As you can tell I haven't really done much since last time. I tried seeing if I might get lucky and get a 20 in the Paint Splat game, but alas I only boosted my score up to a 12 - one point more from my last highest score in the game. *shrugs* Not that it would matter much. Durem is still oddly in last place. People have even noticed that our team's score hasn't really gone anywhere despite the other teams moving steadily upwards. *shrugs* I don't know... I'll just be glad when the whole thing is over, so I can change my avi's outfit.

Good evening everyone. Just stopping by here for a bit to post before heading off to watch some more Fruits Basket episodes.
I finished reading the Ouran Host Club manga a few days ago. So sad that its over with. Though I'm pretty pleased with how the whole thing wrapped up. :)
