Here's part one and what's written of part two for those who couldnt download.
Chapter 1: "A Happy Accident" Part 1
Caption: "In a world where everything happens..."
Sanzo enters the mouth of the cave, cautiously, she makes her way passed and around some jagged rocks, the outside of the cave is spilling strangely orange light, just enough to see the dark brown and grays of the rocks on the walls and floor. Sanzo is dressed in her purple garb (http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i53/sanzoskitsune/lumynaviart.gif) and has her sword dutifully in her hand. She has a concerned look on her face as she makes her way deeper and deeper in, until she stops at a rather large pool of deep dark water.
She stops for a second, looking side to side. A splash noise is the sign of a huge tentacle erupting from the center of the pool. Bubbles near the tentacle, which stands like a pillar in the center of the water, seem to come up in time with the sound of a booming and echoing voice.
Jimmy: "You've returned after your defeat? Should I punish you more?"
She stands like a statue, with a grave look.
Sanzo: "/My/ defeat? I was under the impression that /you/ were the loser." She pauses. "Although I suppose given the new circumstances, I am the loser after all."
Jimmy: "What do you speak of, heroine?"
Sanzo: "I'm pregnant..." She looks down.
There is a mutual pause of disbelief.
Jimmy: "Impossible!"
Sanzo: "Apparently not, the doctors say he's coming along just fine. They want to know why he's not developing legs... or why he's developing to /many/..."
The tentacle ungulates in an unsure fashion. The bent over portion at the top seems to form an odd sort of mock face. Like a sock puppet without the sock.
The tentacle turns back and forth seemingly mumbling at every pause.
Jimmy: (mumbling to himself, arguing with himself) "A child? This is wonderful! I can raise him and teach him how to be a proper cave dwelling beast! Ohhhh, this is going to be interesting..." "No no no, that's not right, he won't be completely tentacle monster, I can't raise him here, he won't understand..." "Yes, but I should be overjoyed. It's a baby! A bouncing little pile of tentacles!" "And he's part human... my enemy."
Sanzo: Ears perk visibly "Kitsune."
Jimmy: (continuing) "Yes yes, 'fox girl'"
She walked over to a nearby rock, sitting down with a heaving sigh. She interrupted his constant continued mumbling.
Sanzo: "What am I going to do?" She placed her face in her hands.
Chapter one: "A Happy Accident" Part 2
Caption: "In a world where everything is about to happen..."
((Writer's note: I had in mind a number of panel changes displaying various pictures that have nothign to do with each other, one panel is jsut the picture of a house, another of Sanzo, another of Unda and Eien eating, ect. the panel where Muffin appears is the last one to use this stratagy in this scene.)) A nice, two story house, in an average looking suburb.
Sanzo stands in a kitchen, humming, and wearing an apron over some average clothing. She is removing some toast from a toaster and placing it on a pile of toast on a plate.
Two men sit at a table just outside the kitchen, through the doorway, Sanzo can be seen carrying the plate of toast into the dining room. One of the men (Eien) is wolfing down his breakfast (Writer's note: I'll leave it up to Eien as to what he looks like, I'm not quite sure how he wants to be drawn). The other man (Undakai) sits in front of a mostly finished plate of food, and is casually browsing over a news paper with a mug in his free hand. He has silvery white hair, a clean looking white suit, and black sunglasses. He also has fox ears and a tail, similar in color to Sanzo's.
Muffin can be seen, walking down stairs, with a tired expression on his face. He turns the corner and picks a piece of toast of her now sitting mother's shoulder. She gives him a kiss on the cheak.
Sanzo: "Good morning." She offers a smile.
Muffin: Definatly tired. "'Morning."
Undakai: Sets down his paper and mug while he starts to talk. "Hey kiddo. Thought I would drive you in for your first day."
Muffin: "'Sounds good, Uncle Unda. I just gotta go over to Dad's for a bit and pick something up."
Undakai: "Just tell me when you want to leave."
Cut to a picture of Muffin leaving the house, turning before the front door closes entrely and yelling "I'll be right back!" through the closing door. (Writer's note: this panel might be funnier if it were shaped like it were being seen through a pair of binoculars. Just a thought.)
(Writer's note: I'm not sure what to do with Waku's charactor's clothes either, I'd like her consent about them.) Wakusei: Stands in her front yard near the white picket fence pointing a pair of binoculars at Muffin as he trots across the street. She mumbles to herself a little, incomprehensibly.
Muffin: "Ms... err, hello?"
Wakusei: Fumbles with her binoculars, barily catching them. Muffin is litterally three feet from her staring. "Ahh, yes?"
Muffin: "What are you doing?"
Wakusei: She looks at the binoculars, and then she gets down on her knees pretending to use them to dig. "Potatos, coming in about now. Digging them up." She nods up at him.
Muffin: Stands, dumbfounded, and then moves on to the house next door.

La Belle Isolde I finally delve into the Muffin thread. And I still have no idea what exactly it is. Can anyone explain this to me in 10 sentences or less? "Muffin" is the name of the fictitious son that Sanzo and I had at some point a few confused weeks ago. As you can see, he has ample parts of both tentacle-monster and fox-person in him. After some dilberation we decided to make a nice little comic based on his misadventures. Less then ten?

La Belle:
It's a comic about Muffin, the love-child of Jimmy and Sanzo. He was spawned out of Slim's comic, as a kind of side-joke, and took off on his own right. It's set in a pseudo-modern-day setting, with fantastic twists. It's like cliche anime gone manga gone webcomic. We're still in the preliminary stages, so you're welcome to join in if you wish, with K0m0d0's approval. 3nodding

EienKage I've got a few pages done already, so I figured I'd post what I'd have, to see if everyone is cool with me going forward. Thus: Page 1Page 2Page 3 Those don't make very good use of the space at all. Page two and three can be combined into one. And you made some biiiig manga no-nos. I like the beginning of page two, but from there it could use improvement.

I did like the angles and such. 3nodding But that's why I suggested the storyboarder be familiar with manga.
I just didn't like the three tiny panals leaving ALL THAT EMPTY SPACE on the page and then those two SUPER HUGE PANALS that really we could have put on page two. sweatdrop
And... since this is a 'manga', shouldn't it be read from left-to-right?
