Try heading to Veilstone city and head to the warehouse to infiltrate the Galatic headquarters.

Jaft Yesh, but those things are powerful. Also La Belle, you might want to visit the lake by the City if you haven't already from Snowpoint in order to fight one of the commanders. I did that already, now I'm teh stuck. Am I to go to Pastoria?
